About the role:

Your main focus will be Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, reporting, and lead cost improvement.

You will also work with ad creatives, video ideas, and content funnels, but we do not expect you to fully own the whole content marketing process. We are ambitious, not completely detached from reality.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns in Google Ads: mainly Search, plus basic Performance Max.
• Work with keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions, and campaign structure.

• 5+ years of professional Unity development experience
• Shipped mobile titles on both iOS and Android
• Strong experience building and deploying Unity WebGL applications
• Deep understanding of backend-connected applications, including REST/WebSocket integrations, async flows, authentication, and reconnect behavior
• Proven experience optimizing performance on real-world devices, including lower-end hardware
• Strong architectural mindset with experience designing scalable and maintainable systems

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong .NET experience to join a long-term enterprise project focused on maintaining and improving existing business systems.

This is not a “build everything from scratch” role.
The main focus is working with legacy systems, understanding existing architecture, supporting ongoing development, fixing issues, and gradually improving the platform together with the team.

## Requirements
* Min. 5+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET
