    N-iX Games is looking for a Senior Economy Designer to join our team and help shape the live economy of live mobile F2P games in various genres, including but not limited to Match-3 and midcore strategies.


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform a holistic economy assessment (progression, pacing, sources/sinks, rewards, monetization, hooks, live-ops interactions)
    • Identify structural risks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues and provide clear findings and prioritized recommendations, grounded in data and mobile best practices
    • Help define concrete, implementable changes for each project (not just high-level theory)
    • Work with us during the time of the mission, allowing for iteration, validation, and refinement rather than a one-off audit.
    • Clear deliverables per phase (assessment, findings, proposals, iteration support)
    • Close and daily collaboration with our internal design, product, and data teams

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Mobile Gaming, with at least 2 years in an Economy Designer position.

    • Strong understanding of economy systems (currencies, progression pacing, drop rates, reward systems, sinks vs. sources)
    • High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, simulations, visualizations, scripting)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure stable and efficient last-mile delivery operations in Mexico;

    • Analyze buyout (redemption) rates, delivery performance, and operational bottlenecks;
    • Review call center performance related to logistics and delivery outcomes;

    We develop both web applications as well as websites. We are looking for a great UX/UI designer - with a focus on UI design, both websites and application design. You will:
    - Help refine rough wireframes and contribute with your UX know how;

    - Design websites with a UI that is polished, aligned with the client branding guidelines and following the "web best principles".

    We are establishing R&D center in Kyiv and looking for talents to join our team. We expect this manager to work closely with the team’s current Product Owners, Delivery and Project managers, Architects while owning the engineering roadmap and providing career guidance to the team.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Leading teams of engineers and accelerating their growth by providing thoughtful feedback, technical mentorship, and effectively manage performance
    • Working hands-on with your team and stakeholders to enable rapid delivery of features and technical solutions that make a positive user impact
    • Collaborating with business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries for new functionality to be added to existing applications
    • Work with your teams under tough deadlines to design, build, and deliver projects.
    • Ensure processes and training are in place for continuous improvement in our services
    • Continuously work towards improving team efficiency and engineering capacity by improving the flow and addressing technical debt in our products and processes

     

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • You are a strong motivator, leader, team player with a record of leading and mentoring employees
    • You bring about 7+ years of experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of leading Engineering teams
    • Experience working with stakeholders and contributing to product definition
    • Profound knowledge in parts of our tech stack — Java, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis / Aerospike, Relational & NoSQL Databases
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
    • Understanding of large scale, distributed systems, microservice architecture
    • Experience in recruiting, retaining and inspiring highly effective software engineering teams
