Skills we are looking for 

• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core), preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

Digital Channels 

• Own the full digital channel mix: website, organic and paid social, email, display, and any emerging channels relevant to our audience.

• Monitor channel performance and continuously reallocate effort and budget toward the highest impact levers. 

Website, SEO & Web Agency 

• Own the website — built on WordPress / Divi — as a lead channel, responsible for traffic,  conversion rate, and lead quality end to end. 
• Drive conversion optimisation (CRO): run structured A/B and multivariate tests on key landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys to continuously lift conversion rates. 
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: in-depth keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical  SEO audits, internal linking, and content gap analysis — with a strong bias for continuous iteration, not one-off projects. 
• Ensure the site is optimised for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — structuring content,  schema markup, and site architecture so that AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity,  Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) surface and cite us accurately. 
• Maintain and improve AI crawlability and grounding: manage robots.txt, structured data, llms.txt,  and other signals that govern how AI crawlers index and represent our brand in generated answers. 
• Act as primary point of contact for our external web agency — briefing, steering, and QA-ing development and design projects to ensure deliverables are on time, on brief, and aligned with our marketing and SEO goals. 
• Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) for clean, reliable data flows across all touchpoints. 

Performance Marketing 

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other key channels.  
• Own campaign attribution and budget pacing to maximise ROAS. 
• Build and iterate on audience segments, ad copy tests, and landing page experiments. 

HubSpot — Marketing Hub & CRM 

• Administer and optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub: workflows, lead scoring, nurture sequences,  forms, and list management. 
• Maintain CRM data quality — deduplication, field standardisation, and lifecycle stage management. 
• Act as the internal HubSpot expert and first point of contact for marketing and sales enablement needs. 
• Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and the wider martech stack. 

Reporting — MQLs & SALs 

• Own performance dashboards covering the full funnel: impressions → MQL → SAL → won revenue. 
• Define, document, and maintain MQL and SAL definitions in alignment with Sales leadership.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and surface clear recommendations to leadership. 

PROFILE 

• 6+ years in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing role.
• Proven HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM expertise — HubSpot certification is a strong plus.

We are looking for an Applications Engineer to build and operate the platform that enables employees across the company both technical and non-technical to create, deploy, and maintain internal applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

This role is the operational backbone of our AI-Assisted Application Development & Deployment Program. You will own the infrastructure, tooling, templates, and support workflows that make it possible for application creators to go from idea to production safely and reliably. The role sits at the intersection of software engineering, DevOps, and IT support you’ll write libraries and templates one day, configure CI/CD pipelines the next, and walk a non-technical colleague through a deployment the day after that.

You will work directly with application owners to onboard their projects, set up compliant repositories, configure hosting and monitoring, and ensure that deployed applications meet the security and operational standards defined in our AI-Assisted Application Development & Deployment Policy.

Database Administration

• Enforce minimum-privilege database access for each application and ensure encryption at rest is enabled.

Security & Compliance

• Perform security reviews of AI-assisted applications at initial deployment and on a quarterly basis thereafter, as defined by policy.
• Configure and monitor Dependabot (or equivalent) across all application repositories to surface dependency vulnerabilities.
• Set up and maintain application health monitoring and uptime alerting for all hosted applications.
• Enforce secret scanning in CI pipelines and ensure no credentials are committed to source control.
• Identify and suspend applications that are unmaintained or have unresolved critical vulnerabilities beyond the 14-day remediation window.

Support & Enablement

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for application owners going through the intake, setup, and deployment process.
• Assist application owners many of whom are non-engineers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and understanding compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials (including Loom walkthroughs) covering Git basics, template usage, deployment workflows, and policy requirements.
• Manage the application registry and directory, keeping ownership records current and coordinating ownership transfers during employee offboarding.
