We are looking for an SMM Specialist with strong expertise in the B2B niche who knows how to promote B2B accounts and engage professional audiences on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Promote the company and its product (messaging automation platform for mobile applications) on social media by creating content and engaging with followers.
- Follow the existing content plan - and later on, create one single-handedly according to strategic markers.
- Create and edit images and short videos with subtitles(reels, shorts, stories) using AI tools or manually, if necessary.
- Produce visual creatives and engaging texts for PPC campaigns (static, animated, videos) at scale.
- Write clearly, concisely, and naturally in English for the brand’s B2B audience.
- Understand visual storytelling (images) and be able to create memes.
- Exploit SMM trends to attract a new audience.
- Keep track of the new features, algorithms, and trends on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Analyze performance and improve campaign results.
- Produce various types of content for the product, including newsletters, emails, presentations, etc.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, branding on social media, creating high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms (in English).
- Understanding of how various social media platforms work and the specific content presentation styles they require.
- Ability to quickly produce ideas for ad create simple visuals in Canva, Figma, or other graphic design software.
- Understanding of branding: visual identity, communication consistency, and positioning.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Essential soft skills: creativity, adaptability, and flexibility, as the work environment is dynamic.
Experience with generating images and videos with AI will be a plus.
Providing your proven social media project stats will be a huge plus.
