Responsibilities:

• Finding and acquiring new B2B clients, from outreach to closing the deal;
• Independent hunting: finding creative ways to reach hard-to-access clients;
• Selling the platform's products: multi-currency IBANs, acquiring and checkout, forex and crypto solutions, business banking;
• Working with clients from low-, medium- and high-risk niches: crypto, forex, iGaming, dating, travel, adult;

*This is 4-hour role, for a 20-hour working week that requires coverage within the 08:00 - 17:00 CET timezone, Mon-Fri

Role purpose

Act as the Data Steward for M&S Cockpit, serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data providers, and technical teams for one of the biggest food and beverages company - a long-temr customer of ours. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, coordinating data validation activities, ensuring data quality and consistency, and resolving discrepancies across sources, mappings, and reporting outputs. It combines stakeholder management, business analysis, and data governance, ensuring that datasets are reliable, aligned with business expectations, and ready for downstream consumption.

The Data Engineering team builds and maintains pipelines, while mappings and configurations determine cell/model scope; Snowflake extraction jobs run SQL through Databricks, with Blob Storage, validation, Medallion transformations, Power BI review, and Gold delivery to Ekimetrics. The operating model also requires end-to-end triage across MDFA, CDF, WPP, Data Foundation, Redmill, and market stakeholders rather than treating every discrepancy as a coding defect.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Data Steward for the M&S Cockpit, ensuring data quality, consistency, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, including Product, CMIA/markets, WPP/MDFA, CDF, data providers, and Ekimetrics, to understand data needs, clarify expectations, and coordinate priorities.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify data issues, gather requirements, agree on definitions, and translate business needs into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Coordinate data validation activities, ensuring that new data sources, market updates, and reporting outputs meet agreed business expectations.
• Monitor and investigate data-quality issues, including missing data, inconsistencies, anomalies, incorrect mappings, taxonomy differences, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and other technical teams to resolve data issues, improve data flows, and ensure reliable delivery of information.
• Maintain and improve data definitions, business rules, mapping documentation, and data governance standards across multiple sources and markets.
• Support stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on data quality, issue resolution, delivery readiness, and outstanding risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve data governance, streamline validation processes, and strengthen collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Recommend practical automation, reliability, performance, and maintainability improvements while respecting platform standards and business-validation ownership.

The role should coordinate and technically enable business validation, not replace the data owner.

Must-have technical competencies

• Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Steward, or similar role, preferably in data-driven projects or large corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of data management, data quality, data validation, and data governance principles.
• Proven experience working with multiple business stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, coordinating activities, and driving issues to resolution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data definitions, validation rules, mappings, and actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating data discrepancies, identifying root causes, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business users, Data Engineers, external data providers, and reporting teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain complex data issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of business-ready datasets.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, databases, and reporting tools is a plus

We offer*:

• Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
• A competitive salary and good compensation package
• Personalized career growth
• Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
• Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
• Education reimbursement
• Memorable anniversary presents
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Other location-specific benefits

Thank you very much for your interest in the company, and we wish you success in your professional development.

We are currently looking for a Senior AI Platform and Model Operations Engineer to join a professional German-based product company team that designs innovative eHealth solutions for hospitals.

You will work on a stable healthcare product.

You'd own the models and the platform around them, serving every channel we put in front of a patient.

The phone assistant is first because it's already underway, but it isn't the point of the job. Next is a chat assistant in the patient portal that can answer questions and walk someone through booking an

appointment, and after that whatever channel comes along.

The thing you're actually building is one internal API that every channel calls, so that the rules about what a patient can do live in one place instead of being written three times, slightly differently. The phone assistant and the web chat are two front ends onto the same thing.

Alongside that: moving off the vendor. Right now we pay per minute for speech recognition and language models, and within about a year we want to be running them ourselves — because we're dealing with

patient data, and because we don't want a vendor swapping a model underneath us without telling us.

To be clear about scope: we mean serving open-weight models and adapting them to our domain. We don't mean training a model from scratch.

One thing we want to be direct about. We are not looking for someone to build what we've already decided on. We don't yet know whether running these models ourselves is the right call — we don't have an accuracy figure on real German phone audio, and we don't have a proper cost comparison. Your first job is to produce both, and if they say we should keep paying the vendor for another year, we need you to tell us that plainly. Someone who quietly builds the thing because we asked for it is worse than no hire at all. If being the person who says "the numbers don't support this" makes you uncomfortable, this isn't the job.

You need

• To have made a language model available behind an API that more than one product called, and to have kept it running: streaming responses, timeouts, retries, and errors that tell the caller something useful.
• To have run a speech recognition model or a language model in production on hardware that you were responsible for. We do not mean a notebook or another company's API. You can tell us about one outage and what you changed after it.
• To be able to size it and calculate its cost: how many people one GPU serves at the same time, what an hour of audio or a million tokens costs you, and at what load it starts to fail.
• Tool calling in production, and a clear opinion on where the boundary is. The assistant will guide patients to book an appointment. This means that the model proposes an action, and our code decides whether the action is permitted. If you built a system where the model was trusted to act, we want to talk about what you would do differently.
• To have handled untrusted text that reaches a model which can trigger actions. A chat box on a patient portal is much easier to attack than a phone call, and someone will try.
• Experience to ground a model on your own content, so that it does not invent things, and honesty about where that still fails.
• A habit to be suspicious of your own benchmark numbers, especially the good ones.
• Python and Linux, containers, and a serving stack such as vLLM or SGLang.
• Enough experience to work without an ML team around you, and to give a team lead bad news when it is necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience to fine-tune or adapt an open-weight model, with LoRA, PEFT or an equivalent method, and the honesty to say whether it was worth the effort. This work comes later. It is not a condition to start.
• Quantization, and an opinion on how much accuracy it costs you.
• Audio processing: sample rates, codecs, and what a phone network does to a recording.
• GPU scheduling, Kubernetes.
• Experience with a system where the same assistant had to behave consistently in more than one channel.
• Experience at a company that took GDPR seriously, and did not only mention it sometimes.
• To know that training a model on patient conversations is a different legal question from processing the conversations to answer the patient. We will give you written rules and a review step for everything that moves patient data. A candidate who does not care about patient data is still not a fit.

You do not need

• To have built a voice assistant. That is the other role. The phone assistant is the first consumer of what you build, and its narrowband audio is the first thing that you will measure against. But we buy and configure the telephony, we do not build it, and nobody expects you to have operated it.
• To speak German.
• To know PHP. You would define what our backend must provide. Another team builds it.

We are currently looking for a Senior Voice AI Engineer, Evaluation and Reliability to join a professional German-based product company team that designs innovative eHealth solutions for hospitals.

You will work on a stable healthcare product.

Senior level, and we mean it. You would own the evidence that this system is safe to put in front of

patients, on your own judgement, and tell us when the answer is no. That isn't a job we can hand to

someone still learning what to measure.

You would not be building a voice stack. We use a third-party voice platform that already handles the

telephony, the speech recognition and synthesis, and the knobs for end-of-speech detection and

interruption. What it does not do is tell us whether any of that is working well enough for patients, and it

gives us no way to check that a change hasn't made things worse. That's the job.

So you'd own the conversation and the evidence about it: how the assistant behaves when a caller

interrupts, corrects themselves or won't answer; how fast the whole thing responds once a round trip to

our backend is in the loop; and the body of test cases we run before every change.

You need

• To have operated a phone or voice assistant that answered real calls from real users. You can tell us its response time and how you measured it. Give the response time as a percentile, the figure that most callers experienced or worse, not as an average. It is acceptable if you built the audio pipeline yourself, but that is not the important part. We want to know that you know what to measure and what good results look like.
• To have tuned a voice system, not only delivered one: end-of-speech detection, barge-in, and how long to wait before the system assumes that the caller has finished. You would do this first with a vendor's settings, and later in our own platform. You would do it on phone audio, where clean barge-in is difficult.
• To know what happens to speech recognition accuracy when the audio comes through a phone line and not through a good microphone. You have measured this yourself. You did not only read about it.
• A way to test conversation changes that does not depend on listening to a few calls and hoping that they are good. This is the centre of the role. It can be a replay harness, a scored scenario set or another form. We want to hear how it worked and where it was not good enough.
• Enough Python to build that harness and the tools around it.

Nice to have

• To have built streaming audio infrastructure, a turn-taking system or a speech pipeline yourself. It helps with the half of the role that builds the platform.
• Experience with a closed voice platform and the problems that it brings, not only with your own system.
• Telephony background: SIP, WebRTC, Asterisk, Twilio or similar. It helps you understand why calls sound the way they do, but you would not operate any of it.
• Work with health data, or in another field where mistakes have consequences.
• German, but we do not depend on it.

You do not need

• To speak German.
• To know PHP or our existing backend. Another team builds the endpoints that you would call.

We’re looking for a Solution Expert to join our Client Support team and become the go-to person our clients trust when something isn’t working the way it should.

You’ll own a queue of cases from the moment they land until they’re resolved, working across our support portal, email, and phone. Our platform runs ticketing and live event management, so if you’ve worked in that world before, great, and if you haven’t, we’ll teach you. What matters more is that you’re genuinely curious about how things work, patient enough to walk someone through a fix, and quick enough to think on your feet when the queue gets busy.

What you’ll do

• Get to know the platform inside and out so you can troubleshoot with confidence rather than guessing.
• Triage incoming cases and turn client questions into clear, practical solutions, explained in plain language, whether you’re writing an email or talking someone through it live.
• Dig into reported issues: reproduce the behavior, find the cause, and either fix it or hand it off to a Technical Solution Expert with a clean, complete summary.
• Run walkthroughs and consulting sessions when clients are learning something new, and keep them in the loop throughout the life of a case so they never have to chase you for an update.
• Add what you learn to the team’s knowledge base and training materials, so the next person doesn’t have to solve the same problem from scratch.
• Notice the patterns behind recurring issues and speak up about product gaps or process fixes.
• Stay flexible around on-sales and the natural seasonality of live events, since that’s when clients need you most.

What you bring

• Client-facing support or service desk experience, ideally at a SaaS or tech company, and a real track record of turning a confused client into a happy one.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the knack for explaining something technical without the jargon.
• A methodical troubleshooting mindset: comfortable in web applications, able to read configuration settings and make sense of error messages, and unafraid of a tricky case.
• Experience working against SLAs inside a ticketing or case management system, and the ability to juggle a queue where priorities shift by the hour.
• Comfort with Windows and/or macOS, browsers, and everyday internet tools.
• A plus if you’ve trained clients on software before, or if you know the ticketing and live events world already.

What we look for in a teammate

Technical skill gets a case solved. Attitude is what makes a team actually work. We want someone proactive and dependable, the kind of person who picks up the hard case, shares what they learned from it, and helps a teammate without being asked twice. You flag risks early, follow up before a client has to chase you, and stay steady when the queue gets loud. You’re curious enough to keep learning the product and the industry on your own, and open enough to take feedback as well as give it.
