Product Team Lead (iGaming / B2C)

We are seeking an experienced Product Team Lead to manage a portfolio of iGaming brands and lead a team of Product Managers. You will take ownership of product development, optimization, and day-to-day operations, focusing on improving conversion, retention, user experience, and overall business performance.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Manage assigned iGaming brands, ensuring continuous product development and achievement of business KPIs
• Lead and mentor Product Managers, ensuring effective prioritization, task execution, and delivery
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to release
• Analyze key product metrics, including conversion rates, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, and conversion funnels
• Coordinate technical improvements, new features, integrations, and bug fixes with development teams
• Collaborate with Design to optimize UX/UI and improve player journeys
• Work with Payments, Retention, CRM, and VIP teams to improve payment flows, bonus mechanics, gamification, and player engagement
• Support new GEO launches, product localization, and market-specific improvements
• Analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven product improvements
• Report product performance, roadmap progress, and key priorities

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming, preferably within B2C online casino operations
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers
• Strong understanding of casino products, games, bonus systems, retention, payments, and player journeys
• Solid technical knowledge of web platforms, APIs, integrations, and development processes
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, conversion optimization, and key iGaming KPIs
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product development lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple brands, prioritize initiatives, and make independent decisions
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business results
• English proficiency: B2+
