• Animate VFX effects for game mechanics (explosions, particles, light effects)

Key Responsibilities:
- Write collision repair estimates within CCC ONE and prepare them for insurance company submission.
- Review detailed vehicle damage information to produce accurate repair proposals that meet both shop standards and insurer expectations.
- Maintain high responsiveness throughout the workday to support daily estimating needs and shop workflow.
- Ensure that estimating work moves quickly so the in-office team can focus on production and customer-facing tasks.
- Assist with broader CCC ONE-related functions, supporting both estimating and general shop management workflows.

Must-Have Requirements:
- Hands-on, prior experience using CCC ONE in a collision repair or insurance environment is strictly required.
- Proven track record of writing collision repair estimates specifically for insurance claims.
- Ability to work autonomously with very limited software training; you must already be well-versed in the platform.
- Ability to maintain a productive full-time remote workflow without constant supervision.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support both product development operations and go-to-market activities for our AI platform. This is a hybrid role combining elements of project coordination, business analysis, and presales support.

You will work closely with the Product Portfolio Business Manager and collaborate with Full-stack Engineers, DevOps, Tech Lead, and QA, helping transform ideas into structured deliverables, coordinate execution, and support client-facing proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Team Management (PM Support)

• Maintain and manage the task board in Jira (or equivalent): create, assign, track, and close tasks; proactively flag blockers
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives), document decisions and action items
• Track delivery progress against milestones and proactively surface risks or delays
• Coordinate across Development, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
• Maintain team documentation, including sprint records, decision logs, and release notes
• Follow up independently on open items, confirm completions, and close communication loops

Feature & Platform Analysis (BA Support)

• Transform high-level feature ideas and product decisions into structured, engineering-ready specifications: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, RBAC considerations
• Conduct targeted competitor and feature research on specific functionalities
• Create process and workflow diagrams using Mermaid, draw.io, or similar tools
• Maintain and update product documentation (BRDs, feature specifications, process flows)
• Support feature discussions by capturing clarifying questions and documenting decisions

Marketing, Presales & Communication Support

• Prepare background materials for presales engagements, including client research and use case mapping
• Support RFP / RFI / grant proposal responses: formatting, proofreading, compliance checks, and document assembly
• Prepare company credentials, team bios, and supporting materials for proposals
• Draft follow-up communications after presales meetings, including summaries and next-step documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: IT project/delivery management, business analysis, product support, or presales/proposal support
• English level B2+ or higher (for writing specifications and client-facing materials)
• Strong structured thinking and ability to organize complex information clearly
• Excellent business writing skills (specifications, reports, proposals, professional communication)
• Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
• Proactive, autonomous working style with strong ownership mindset
