Requirements

- 4–7 years in product management for trading or investment products
- Background at a brokerage, exchange, neobank (trading/invest product), or fintech with order execution
- Strong understanding of order book mechanics, market microstructure, and fee economics
- Experience owning product P&L or revenue-linked KPIs
- Data-driven - comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and revenue modeling
- Track record of shipping product improvements that moved business metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and operations teams

What you’ll own:
Product strategy & roadmap:

- Own roadmap for Spot, Futures, and new trading products
- Define priorities and product direction with leadership
- Turn market/competitor insights into product decisions
- Manage PRDs and backlog (features, UX, tech debt)

Revenue & KPIs:
- Own trading fee revenue
- Track key metrics: volume, revenue, ARPU, active traders, conversions
- Optimize fee structure (tiers, VIP, token discounts)
- Model revenue impact of changes
- Improve rankings (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap)

Liquidity:
- Own liquidity metrics (spreads, depth, fill rates)
- Work with market makers
- Manage trading pairs lifecycle
- Improve spread competitiveness

Partnerships & integrations:
- Lead integrations (bots, algo tools, aggregators)
- Ensure competitive API capabilities
- Represent product in partnerships

Cross-functional execution:
- Prioritize with Engineering (performance, latency, API)
- Partner with Marketing, Legal, Data, BD
- Support acquisition, compliance, analytics, B2B needs

Competitive intelligence:
- Monitor competitors
- Translate insights into product improvements

Responsibilities

Product & Strategy:
- Own and drive the development of trading products (Spot, Perpetuals, Options, Structured products)
- Define product strategy in alignment with C-level leadership
- Monitor market trends and represent the product externally (events, industry forums)
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives

Financial Management:
- Own full P&L for the trading business
- Plan and manage budgets across Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Sales
- Drive profitability and optimize unit economics

Operations & Execution:
- Ensure delivery against roadmap and key milestones
- Optimize processes and remove bottlenecks
- Define and track core KPIs (volume, liquidity, revenue, retention)

Trading & Liquidity:
- Build and lead a high-performing trading desk
- Define and execute liquidity strategies
- Manage relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, and institutional clients

Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (KYC/AML, MiCA, VASP, etc.)
- Partner with Legal and regulators to mitigate risks

Infrastructure & Performance:
- Work with Engineering to improve matching engine performance, latency, and API connectivity

Crisis Management:
- Lead response to critical incidents (technical, security, legal)
- Ensure fast and effective cross-team coordination.
