💻 Requirements:

• Experience in outsource company is required
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience with documentation (SRS, WBS, RBA matrices, stakeholder matrix, etc.)
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (backlog management, creating epics, maintaining documentation)
• Experience preparing wireframes, diagrams, and supporting materials for the team
• English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to structure information clearly
  Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and meet deadlines

• Experience participating in discovery phases and preparing client-facing presentations
• Experience facilitating grooming sessions and demo meetings with the internal team
• Understanding of QA processes and ability to assist in testing complex features

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Create and maintain backlog items (user stories, tasks, improvements)
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence (Glossary, Validation rules, stakeholder matrix, RBA matrix, diagrams, etc.)
• Analyze the market and prepare recommendations for improvements or expansion
• Work in Jira: create epics, tasks, and maintain backlog structure
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and demos
• Validate designs against user stories and requirements
• Prepare additional documentation as needed (wireframes, diagrams, presentations)
• Support discovery and pre-sale phases by analyzing requirements and preparing deliverables
