📌Наш ідеальний кандидат:
 

• Має досвід відеомонтажу від 1 року, зокрема у створенні рекламних відео (TikTok/FB creatives, Reels тощо) від 10 до 70 сек;
• Володіє Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro тощо);
• Базові навички у графічному дизайні (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma);
• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами: генерація голосу, створення аватарів, анімація та «оживлення» фото;
• Впевнено працює з хуками, субтитрами, переходами, а також анімованим текстом;
• Вміє самостійно та швидко знаходити та підбирати додаткові зображення, аудіо і відео матеріали для монтажу;
• Уважний до деталей, володіє вмінням самоперевірки та відповідально ставиться до якості своєї роботи.
• Англійська мова — Intermediate+.
   

📌Буде плюсом:
 

• Розуміння специфіки створення відеоконтенту для різних платформ (Facebook/Meta, YouTube, TikTok);
• Польська/Німецька на рівні A1+.
   

📌 Задачі, які ти будеш виконувати:
 

• Монтаж коротких рекламних відео з нуля згідно з технічним завданням (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram тощо);
• Створення озвучки текстів через ElevenLabs, додавання субтитрів, анімацій, футажів;
• Самостійний пошук і обробка відеоматеріалів: корекція кольору, звук, графіка, ефекти, субтитри, тощо;
• Тісна співпраця з креативною командою на всіх етапах виробництва контенту;
• Адаптація та оптимізація відеороликів відповідно до потреб команди та вимог платформ;
• Підготовка фінальних матеріалів для тестування або публікації;
• Аналіз контенту конкурентів для відстеження трендів і підтримки актуальності візуального стилю та підходів.

Що саме буде у твоєму фокусі:

• Створення та підтримка Apple і Google Developer акаунтів з нуля.
• Підготовка консолей до релізів додатків.
• Пошук нових постачальників developer-акаунтів та співпраця з видавцями додатків.
• Аналіз якості акаунтів (оцінка життєздатності та ризиків).
• Керування акаунтами та звітування по всім акаунтам.

Ти – наш ідеальний кандидат, якщо:

• Маєш впевнений рівень англійської Intermediate+.
• Маєш досвід налаштування, керування або суміжних напрямів понад 6 місяців.
• Впевнено володієш Antidetect Browsers, Proxies та VPN.
• Глибоке розуміння створення якісних акаунтів, включаючи імітацію активності користувача, уникнення патернів, що активують антифрод-механізми, та відповідність усім вимогам.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід фермінгу Google Play та App Store developer-акаунтів з нуля.
• Розуміння алгоритмів App Store і Google Play, а також повного циклу створення developer-акаунтів.
• Досвід у traffic arbitrage.

• маєш рівень англійської не нижче A2 — достатній для листування.

• досвід у постановці технічних завдань;
• впевнене взаємодіння ШІ іструментами: формулювати коректні запити, ставити задачі на написання скриптів, генерувати та структурувати таблиці;
• базове розуміння роботи з Google Apps Script;
• знання принципів роботи CRM-систем;
• досвід у сфері digital marketing.

Що входитиме в твою роботу:

• контроль умов роботи рекламодавців та внесення необхідних змін у CRM;
• надання первинного технічного сапорту команді та партнерам;
• своєчасний збір і опрацювання запитів та звітів від команди/партнерів;
• створення та ведення табличних звітів у Excel/Google Sheets;
• супровід процесу звірок з партнерами;
• робота з ботами.
