About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET Core.
You will work on a complex, evolving system, focusing on backend development, code quality, and performance improvements, while collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and the rest of the team.

Requirements

Backend
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core
Senior-level experience in backend development
Experience writing unit and integration tests, with a solid understanding of what should be tested and how to structure maintainable tests

Databases
Strong experience with MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL
Deep understanding of relational databases
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
Experience with indexing and performance tuning
Experience working with ORMs and understanding how they interact with the database

Frontend
Good knowledge of TypeScript and CSS
Experience with Vue.js (v2 or v3) at Middle level or higher

Skills

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a Finance Team Lead to oversee and continuously improve financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all finance processes.

This role combines hands-on financial expertise with team leadership and reports directly to the CFO. You will work closely with internal teams, management, and external consultants, taking ownership of accounting, reporting, cost control, forecasting, cash flow management, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Prepare and review monthly P&Ls for projects;
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliations;
• Review bookkeeping outputs and reporting workpapers;
• Lead the preparation and coordination of annual financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.

Forecasting & Performance Monitoring:

• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts;
• Conduct weekly and monthly forecasting of project performance;
• Monitor variances and support management decision-making.

Cash Flow Management:

• Maintain accurate cash planning and visibility over cash positions;
• Oversee treasury-related activities and work closely with the Treasury Manager;
• Manage relationships with banks and EMIs, including account opening, maintenance, and compliance.

Regulatory & Tax Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions across several jurisdictions;
• Act as the main point of contact for external advisors and consultants.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

• Lead and manage the team, including task allocation, segregation of duties, and team development;
• Design, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures;
• Continuously improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy;
• Identify risks and recommend improvements in reporting and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance controlling roles;
• Experience in a senior finance role or team leadership;
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting;
• Hands-on experience with P&Ls and cash flow planning;
• Experience working with multiple entities and/or jurisdictions;
• Practical experience in cost control and financial monitoring;
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
• Experience interacting with banks and EMIs;
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

You'll analyze patterns in player behavior, affiliate performance, payment flows, and campaign ROI — then turn those insights into product improvements or automated alerts.

What you'll actually do:

• Map the entire business chain and identify where AI + data can create the most impact
• Set up and continuously improve AI-powered monitoring across operations (payments, affiliates, fraud, revenue, player behavior)
• Dive deep into data — write SQL, analyze trends, find anomalies that nobody else sees
• Design AI agents that autonomously detect issues and surface actionable insights
• Optimize AI prompts and behavior for accuracy, speed and cost
• Own product improvements end-to-end: identify the problem → design the solution → ship it → measure impact
• Build feedback loops — every AI output gets measured, scored, and improved
