Review, comment and commit to effort and calendar estimates.
Know and use recommended tools and are being familiar with project related processes and procedures, including compliance with coding standards and conventions.
Able to identify classical mistakes and gold-plating during code review.

Key Responsibilities:
1. 1. Preparing Descriptions for New Features:
Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and the Development team to analyze and describe new features.
Create detailed User Stories, including use case scenarios, acceptance criteria, and visualizations.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features.
Monitor changes in requirements, update documentation, and communicate their impact to the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in writing User Stories and working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of SDLC

We are seeking a highly skilled Anti-Fraud manager to spearhead fraud detection efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Real-time monitoring and analysis of player activity, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, gaming patterns, and behavioral data.
• Detection and investigation of suspicious activities such as bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, chargebacks, money laundering (AML), and other fraud schemes.
• Working with the verification system: review of KYC documents, verification of payment methods and Source of Funds analysis.
• Analysis of fraud incidents, preparation of reports, and development of recommendations for risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Presale within IT outsourcing (mandatory).
• Strong ability to understand business needs, ask meaningful questions, and think in terms of solutions, not just services.
• Experience participating in discovery calls, presale discussions, or negotiations.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technical terminology (enough to confidently talk to clients).

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will take ownership of revenue generation from the moment a qualified lead enters the pipeline through to deal closure and contract signing.

This role operates as a full-cycle sales owner (similar to an Account Executive) responsible for managing complex B2B sales processes in collaboration with the SDR, Presales, Delivery, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

In addition to cooperation with SDR-generated opportunities, this role also contributes to market expansion initiatives, including conference participation, outbound campaign validation hypotheses, and new ICP exploration.

What We Value in a New Master

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales (custom software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation).
• Proven experience managing complex consultative sales cycles.
• Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
