Working Experience Requirements:
β’ Min 2 years of active project management and/or 3 finished COMMERCIAL projects of the man-efforts size not less than 2000 mh
β’ Was a project delivery responsible person at least in 1 COMMERCIAL project (first in line in the project delivery process)
The Required Primary List of Hard Skills for the Project Manager Position:
β’ Masterβs or Bachelorβs degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
β’ Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to decompose complex topics, group related elements, and navigate between technical and business perspectives.
β’ Ability to plan and scope delivery increments, ensuring completeness and alignment with product value expectations.
β’ Knowing and understanding SDLC (Software Development Life-Cycle);
β’ Knowledge and experience in project cost management;
β’ Knowledge and experience in project schedule management;
β’ Knowledge of quality management and cost of quality principles in the projects;
β’ Knowledge in the bug management process. Experienced in bug-tracking and task management systems (Redmine, JIRA, and so on);
β’ B2 (CEFR) or Upper-Intermediate+ level of spoken and written English.
A Required Secondary List of Skills:
β’ Experience with radio jammers, whether through basic familiarity with the domain or direct project leadership, is considered a plus;
β’ Understanding HDLC (Hardware Development Life-Cycle);
β’ Internationally recognized certification in project management;
β’ Experience as a business analyst;
OR
β’ Experience as an electronic engineer;
OR
β’ Experience as a software developer;
OR
β’ Experience as a quality assurance/control engineer;
β’ Knowledge of major features of version control systems (check-out, check-in, merging, branching, versions). Experience in version system controls (Git, SVN, SourceSafe, ClearCase, and so on);
Required General Skills:
β’ Strong leadership skills, practitioner of various leadership styles;
β’ Is a team member and is committed to the project goals. Ability to establish team collaboration and facilitate communication among team members;
β’ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to help the team to timely resolve disagreements that arise during the project;
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under stress and uncertainty;
β’ Open-minded person and positive thinker;
β’ High level of responsibility and quality sense;
