As a Senior Web / Graphic Designer, you’ll create and launch opt-in pages, landing pages, and newsletter websites that are not only visually strong but also optimized for conversions.

You’ll work hands-on in tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, and Beehiiv, designing and building pages that directly support growth, lead generation, and monetization. This role requires both strong design taste and confidence in implementation — not just static visuals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, funnels, and opt-in pages using ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns

• 4+ years of experience in web design (not limited to static graphics or branding)

As a Staff Engineer in the Learning Teams, you will lead some of the most complex and strategic engineering initiatives at Preply. You will define and drive technical roadmaps and architecture, collaborate across product, engineering and business stakeholders, and influence our platform at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and strong impact – you will help shape how we build, ship and evolve our learning experiences globally.

What you’ll be doing

• Shape, drive, and co-own the Learning Teams’s engineering strategy and own technical roadmap, partnering with Engineering and Product Leadership s to align initiatives, priorities and dependencies.
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives and innovations, translating high-level product vision into technical execution, align scope and milestones and ship iteratively with measurable outcomes.
• Evolve architecture and core services into a scalable, reliable platform, defining target states, drive deprecations and migrations, and uphold technical excellence (availability, performance, cost).
• Raise engineering practices and developer experience, driving RFCs, post-mortems, quality frameworks (evaluations, instrumentation), identifying bottlenecks and driving initiatives that reduce toil and increase productivity across team
• Operate as a multiplier: mentor and influence senior engineers, Tech Leads, EMs, and hiring panels; stay hands-on for the hardest, most impactful work.
• Make build-vs-buy and vendor/tooling calls with a clear view of total cost of ownership; lead evaluations and participate in negotiations.

What you’ll be doing:

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writers, Data Analytics, Technical Leads, Engineers and other cross-functional team members to deliver engaging features through A/B tests and build top-notch products, including, but not limited to:

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django, supporting the creation of new backend services as well as design, create, and/or troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors.
• Think beyond the code and about our customers, understand their needs, and define solutions with the team;
• Balance short-term speed of development with the long-term technical quality of our systems;

We are looking for a specialist to design and implement an end-to-end performance testing framework for a healthcare system running on Databricks and Microsoft Azure. You will build a repeatable, automated approach to measure and improve performance across data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, Spark workloads, serving layers, APIs, security/identity flows, integration components, and presentation/UI, while meeting healthcare-grade security and compliance expectations.

This role sits at the intersection of performance engineering, cloud architecture, and test automation, with strong attention to regulated-domain requirements (privacy, auditability, access controls).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a performance testing strategy and framework for a Databricks + Azure healthcare platform.
• Define performance KPIs/SLOs (e.g., pipeline latency, throughput, job duration, cluster utilization, cost per run, data freshness).
• Create workload models that reflect production usage (batch, streaming, peak loads, concurrency, backfills).
• Create a test taxonomy: smoke perf, baseline benchmarks, load, stress, soak/endurance, spike tests, and capacity planning.
  
   
• Implement automated performance test suites for:
  • Databricks jobs/workflows (Workflows, Jobs API)
  • Spark/Delta Lake operations (reads/writes, mergers, compaction, Z-Ordering where relevant)
  • Data ingestion (ADF, Event Hubs, ADLS Gen2, Autoloader, etc. as applicable)
• Build test data generation and data anonymization/synthetic data approaches suitable for healthcare contexts.
• Instrument, collect, and analyze metrics from:

The Role: Human-First Outreach

What You’ll Do (The Playbook)

• Strategic Prospecting (60%): Use tools and manual research to identify high-revenue YouTubers. You’ll look beyond subscriber counts to find creators with high-quality monetization potential.
• Bespoke Outreach: "Break into" accounts via Instagram DMs, YouTube business emails, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn. No scripts—just high-level, empathetic communication tailored to each creator.
• The "Consultative" Pitch: Articulate the MilX value proposition specifically for different personas (e.g., why a Gaming creator needs crypto vs. why a Vlogger needs Active Funds).
• Pipeline Architecture: Maintain a high-fidelity lead list, tracking revenue potential and risk factors.

• Cross-Functional Feedback: Work directly with Marketing and Creator Success to refine our "hooks" and onboarding experience.

• The Hunter: You have 2+ years of experience in SDR/BD roles where you owned the outreach strategy, not just the execution.
