    The Role

    We are looking for a Scriptwriter who can develop original concepts and write engaging, story-driven scripts with strong viral potential.

    This role is ideal for someone who understands digital audiences, feels comedy timing intuitively, and knows how to build characters viewers want to follow episode after episode.

    You will work closely with the producer and creative team to develop recurring formats and expand a cohesive content universe.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Develop creative concepts for recurring video productions
    • Write full scripts (dialogue, structure, comedic beats, final twists/pay-offs)
    • Create recurring characters and contribute to building a multi-layered project β€œuniverse”
    • Work in horizontal long-form video format (5–20 minutes)
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate unconventional ideas
    • Refine and adapt scripts collaboratively with the producer and team
    • Ensure storytelling remains dynamic, audience-oriented, and platform-appropriate

    What you’ll need:

    β€’ 4+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplaces), with a proven track record of building pipelines from zero.

    β€’ Experience building and executing outbound playbooks, including client acquisition, reactivation, or expansion in a high-growth environment.

    β€’ Some technical skills (e.g., familiarity with sales tech stacks, basic scripting/automation, or understanding of developer ecosystems) to collaborate effectively with GTM engineers.

    β€’ Exceptional communication skills (9/10 in both written and spoken English)β€”clear, concise, persuasive, and customer-savvy, with a focus on high-personalization outreach (no spray-and-pray).

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Identifying and contacting potential partners through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation;
