What you’ll be responsible for:

• You will own the entire design lifecycle of the product:
• Lead design from early discovery and hypothesis formation through UX flows, UI, prototyping, and handoff to development.
• Translate product requirements into clear UX flows, user stories, UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Pragmatech Venture Capital is an early-stage VC fund investing in B2B SaaS founders from CEE who are building for global markets. We run a focused pre-seed/seed strategy with a hands-on approach: supporting companies with GTM, hiring, and fundraising.

The role

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining Chief of Staff / Investment Operations and Investment Associate / Analytics in roughly equal parts. You’ll help the GPs move faster and make better decisions by building and running a crisp operating system for the fund - keeping everything organized, responsive, and consistent across pipeline discipline, diligence, portfolio support, LP reporting, and internal initiatives - while also producing high-signal analysis on markets and metrics, drafting memos, and driving key workstreams to closure. Responsibilities

1. Dealflow & Process

• Own the deal pipeline end-to-end: stages, required fields, next steps, follow-ups, weekly pipeline review.
• Coordinate diligence: scheduling calls, tracking open questions, collecting documents, pushing things to closure.

• Standardize how we work: diligence checklists, memo templates, IC notes, and “what good looks like”.

   

2. Investment analysis & diligence 

• Build quick, high-signal views on ICP, market, competitors, pricing, GTM motion.
• Sanity-check SaaS metrics and unit economics (retention/churn, gross margin, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, burn multiple).
• Review startup models and P&Ls to spot gaps, inconsistent assumptions, missing costs, and weak logic.

• Draft deal briefs / 1-pagers / memo sections (including “risks & open questions”) so decisions are crisp.

   

3. Portfolio support 

• Run a lightweight portfolio tracking rhythm: quarterly KPI snapshots, runway, key risks, and near-term priorities.
• Help coordinate support requests: intros (customers/partners), hiring pipelines, fundraising prep, and key deliverables.

• Turn chaos into action lists and close the loop with founders.

   

4. LP reporting & fundraising support 

• Maintain an LP/fundraising tracker (status, next steps, materials, meeting notes).
• Support periodic LP updates: gather facts, structure narratives, make reporting consistent and easy to read.

• Keep the LP data room tidy and “always ready” (materials, FAQs, portfolio snapshots).

   

5. Fund operations coordination (with external admin/providers)

• Keep fund documentation structured (folders, versions, templates, access control).
• Coordinate deliverables with fund admin/lawyers as needed (you don’t do accounting - you ensure nothing slips and outputs are clean).
• Design and automate fund’s processes - strive to make most of the processes as “human-less” as possible.

Requirements

• 2+ years in roles combining execution + analysis (BizOps/Chief of Staff, Consulting, FP&A/RevOps, Corp Dev, VC/PE analyst, or strong ops role in a startup).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with SaaS metrics and “smell tests”.
• Highly organized and systems-minded: you build simple, tidy processes, automate repeatable work where possible (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.), and consistently close loops - and you’re eager to learn if you haven’t done this before.
• High ownership and integrity: you propose, execute, follow through.

• Clear writing in English (B2+): concise docs, summaries, emails, memos.

We are looking for a seasoned C# / UI Engineer to take ownership of our application's UI architecture. We are currently modernizing our technology stack and migrating heavily toward Unity UI Toolkit.

In this role, you will architect a reactive, scalable UI system that operates seamlessly across both mobile and desktop platforms. While Unity is our core framework, we place greater value on strong C# engineering fundamentals than on traditional “gameplay” scripting. If you come from a .NET/WPF background and want to apply those skills to a high-performance visual application, this role is an excellent fit.

Your Responsibilities:

• UI Architecture: Lead the implementation of new features using Unity UI Toolkit, replacing legacy UI systems with modern, maintainable standards (UXML/USS).
• Cross-Platform Engineering: Ensure the application performs reliably and efficiently across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
• System Integration: Integrate external native libraries (audio, analytics, etc.) and seamlessly bridge them into the Unity environment.
• Code Quality: Champion high C# engineering standards, perform code reviews, and maintain a clean, modular, and scalable architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate complex musical requirements into intuitive , user-friendly interfaces.
• Engineering First: You are a Software Engineer first and a Unity developer second. You have strong architectural skills and deep expertise in C#.
• UI Expertise: You have solid building complex user interfaces and understand concepts such as data binding, MVVM patterns, and responsive layout systems.

• Unity Knowledge: You are familiar with Unity’s lifecycle and UI Toolkit (or a strong willingness to master it quickly based on previous .NET UI experience).

• Experience with native languages (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or C++) for plugin maintenance.
• You play a musical instrument and can read traditional music notation.

Our Customer:

Our customer is a global, data-driven digital advertising technology company operating at large scale across mobile apps and web platforms.

Your Tasks:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and business opportunities
• Design, build, and own scalable, end-to-end data pipelines
• Develop and productionize advanced machine learning models and algorithms, particularly in monetization-related domains
• Build and maintain data models for real-time (online) processing
• Contribute to the creation of new data-driven products and continuously improve existing ones
• Collaborate with Product, BI, Analytics, DevOps, R&D, and Marketing teams to deliver complete solutions
• Lead full production releases, including requirements analysis, testing, monitoring, result evaluation, and rapid response to critical issues

Required Experience and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in machine learning concepts and models
• Previous experience in the Ad-Tech industry
• Hands-on experience working on large-scale, high-load systems processing billions of requests per second
• Hands-on experience with Python including writing production-ready code and working with modern Python frameworks and tooling
• Experience with data science / ML libraries and models, such as regression and classification models (e.g. XGBoost, LightGBM), recommendation systems, and related ML techniques
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL for data analysis and retrieval
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana and Kibana
• Proven experience working in real-time / online environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong end-to-end ownership mindset: ability to take solutions from research and experimentation through implementation and production
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills

Would Be a Plus:

• Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. Vertica, VoltDB) and non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
• Experience working with PMML

About the role:

We are looking for a C#/.NET Developer to build and extend our Automate product. The product is a part of the 3Shape ecosystem and provides users with automatic design proposals for various dental products. Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and maintain backend components of the Automate product using C#/.NET.
• Work with algorithms, 3D meshes, and geometric computations to enhance automatic design generation.
• Participate in the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in Copenhagen and Kyiv.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests and best engineering practices.
• Contribute to product stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET
• Solid foundation in mathematics, particularly: linear algebra, optimization, and geometric computations
• Experience in algorithm development, 3D meshes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, and good at written and spoken English
• Excited about cross-site work: Your team is in Copenhagen and Kyiv, and our partners are around the globe

Would be a plus:

• Experience with developing/training AI models
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience working in cross-functional teams; with product managers, designers, and UX’ers
