CBD Local Inc. is a US CBD brand doing over $4M per month. We are building an in-house paid acquisition team and looking for a Media Buyer who can launch Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads in restricted verticals - and keep them running.

This is not a role for someone who has only ever bought on a clean, whitelisted account. Our verticals get flagged and restricted by default. We need a person who treats that as the normal working environment and knows how to operate inside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, launch and scale Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for our own products

- Own the full cycle: account infrastructure, creatives, funnels, landing pages, tracking, optimisation

- Keep campaigns running in restricted and grey verticals, with everything that comes with it

- Test creatives and offers fast: kill what does not work, scale what does

- Own the numbers - spend, CPA, ROAS, LTV. You report results, not activity

WHAT WE EXPECT

- 2+ years of hands-on media buying in Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads with your own budget responsibility

- Real experience in grey or restricted verticals: you understand why accounts get shut down and what to do about it

- You have scaled past $10k per month in spend and can walk us through what broke and how you fixed it

- You know how restricted-vertical account infrastructure works and how to keep it stable

- Analytics: you can build a tracking setup, read the data and make decisions from it

- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian - the team works in Russian

- English B1+ for tools, documentation and platform support

Our partner is building defence tech products that are changing outcomes on the battlefield. We are looking for a PR & Product Communications Manager who will be responsible for how our products are perceived in the Ukrainian market. 

You will turn product positioning into a coherent communications strategy and bring it to life through media, opinion leaders, professional communities, partner channels, and owned channels.

Your responsibilities 

• Develop and execute product communications strategies, translating product positioning into clear narratives, messages, and communications campaigns. 
• Ensure the product story remains consistent and coherent across all external channels. 
• Create tailored communications approaches for different personas and segments using persona-based and account-based communications. 
• Build and develop relationships with opinion leaders, military experts, professional communities, media outlets, editors, podcasts, and industry platforms. 
• Identify strong product news angles and turn product advantages into stories that are clear and relevant to the market. 
• Plan and execute communications campaigns for new product launches. 
• Create and edit PR materials, product stories, case studies, talking points, opinion pieces, comments, and other communications content. 

What we expect from you 

• At least 3 years of experience in PR, product communications, or strategic communications within a product-led technology or B2B company. 
• Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies, from defining audiences and key messages to launching campaigns and evaluating results. 
• Ability to work with product positioning and translate it into strong, consistent external communications. 
• Understanding of audience segmentation, persona-based communications, and different decision-making models. 
• Hands-on experience working with opinion leaders, professional communities, and media. 
• Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills across different communications formats. 
• Ability to understand complex technology products in depth and explain their value in clear, accessible language. 
• Business-oriented thinking and an understanding of how communications influence awareness, trust, consideration, and product perception. 
• A high level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership of results. 
• Ability to work effectively with marketing, product, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
