You’ll work closely with the startup’s founding team on a daily basis, but you’ll have the support of our studio behind you, including a design advisor from our side.

 

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Taking ownership of the existing dashboard and improving both UI and UX;
• Designing how users interact with AI-powered features, making automation feel transparent and in control;
• Building a design system the engineering team can actually use;
• Making complex data feel simple and clear for enterprise buyers;
• Aligning the website and product into one coherent visual and functional experience;
• Collaborating directly with the founders as their go-to design person.
   

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience working on products, ideally dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or B2B SaaS, with a portfolio that shows practical solutions. Previous experience as a founding or sole designer is a strong plus.
• You think about business goals and user needs together, not separately
• You can own a project end to end, explain your decisions, and stand behind them
• Strong communication skills and English, you’ll be working directly with the client’s founding team
• Understanding of how design systems and component libraries work
• Using AI in your workflow is a plus
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment

Other Land is a small product design studio of 11 people focused on thoughtful, high-quality product design. We work with both startups and established companies, helping them improve products, solve complex UX problems, and build strong product experiences.

For our clients, we’re not just an extended design team. We act as partners who bring fresh perspectives, design strategy, and practical solutions while respecting product constraints and business goals.

- Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process

- Experience sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, etc.)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer stage)

- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews

- Maintain and update candidate pipelines

- Support onboarding processes
