About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security operations and infrastructure automation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development, security, and operations, ensuring our on-premise environment remains secure, resilient, and efficient.
You will act as a subject matter expert, leveraging cutting-edge tools like CrowdStrike to automate threat detection and response, while maintaining robust perimeter security via Cloudflare.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation and automation of security tools in the CI/CD process (SAST, DAST, SCA).

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow revenue and scale our company. This role is focused on growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and new market opportunities. You will work closely with the Product team and other departments to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels. We are especially interested in people who bring channels or approaches we haven't tried yet. We'll jointly decide which directions are most worth pursuing for the period, and from there work can be independent or in close collaboration with the team, depending on the channel.

Requirements

• 1+ years of independently managing a full B2B sales or business development cycle

• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach - email sequences, cold outreach. Has tested channels independently, not just used a ready-made system

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and apply effective sales strategies

• Experience launching a channel from scratch (one we may not be using yet) that delivered measurable results

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to lead client support during implementation, resolve technical challenges, and improve overall service quality under Customer Success. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless user experience while driving continuous improvements in our technical support processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support During Implementation

• Collect and assess technical issues from newly signed clients to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
• Lead troubleshooting meetings and provide real-time technical support via Google Meet, phone calls, and recorded training materials to ensure effective issue resolution.
   

Technical Support & Client Assistance

• Act as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues.
• Manage client requests via emails, calls, and CRM systems.
• Address customer queries via live chat quickly and effectively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex cases to developers while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Create and manage bug reports, tracking issues using CRM platforms such as Jira, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
• Work closely with the QA department to reproduce and analyze errors for effective resolution.
   

Ongoing Client Success & Engagement

• Proactively check in with clients to ensure continued system usage, resolve potential issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing user guides, FAQs, and other training materials to improve client self-sufficiency.

Requirements

Technical & Industry Experience

• Experience in the IT industry (client onboarding, technical support, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment).
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems is preferred.
   

Communication & Training Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to conduct client sessions via Google Meet or phone.
   

Professionalism & Organization

• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
   

Flexibility & Work Schedule

• Ability to work from 16:00 to 00:00 (Kyiv time).
• After three months of employment, a schedule from 08:00 to 16:00 (Kyiv time) may be available, depending on the position.
   

Preferred, but not required

What you will be doing:  

As part of the team, you will be participating in a client project focused on portfolio management solutions. You will help develop new software features, as well as support and maintain existing ones. You will be writing scalable and fault-tolerant code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with third-party web services. You will be collaborating closely with the client and product manager to understand the system’s functional and non-functional requirements, and contribute to code quality through unit testing, integration testing, code review, and system design using Python to build robust software that aligns with the client’s business needs.
