Щоб не зупинятись на досягнутому, ми шукаємо експертного Outreach Specialist. Ти будеш першим Outreach фахівцем у команді, і точно зіграєш важливу роль у покращенні нашої видачі та закріпиш довіру до бренду у юзерів.  

Задачі, що чекають на тебе: 
— Пошук і відбір донорів (за критеріями, ГЕО, параметрами), робота з гест-постами та беклінками;
— Пошук виконавців та простановка крауд лінків;

— Співпраця з SEO-спеціалістом і контент-менеджером;
— Комунікація з вебмайстрами та розміщення гестпостів;
—Співпраця з копірайтерами та написання деталізованих ТЗ для статей.
— Участь у створенні бренд-пушів та інших PR-ініціатив.

Що для нас важливо:

— 3+ роки досвіду в outreach або лінкбілдингу;

— Практичний досвід у переговорах (email/DM) та побудові якісних посилань;

— Розуміння ключових SEO-факторів: посилальний профіль, E-A-T, DR/UR;

— Управління стратегією лінкбілдингу: анкор-листи, контроль донорів, розширення інструментарію;

— Робота з інструментами: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC;
— Глибокі навички роботи з Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Snov.io або їхні аналоги;

— Англійська — від Upper-Intermediate (для листування та переговорів);
— Впевнені навички роботи з Google Sheets/Excel.

Буде перевагою:

— Робота з Reddit, Discord, фан-ком’юніті або іншими альтернативними платформами;

We’re looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving real product problems and turning

complex functionality into simple, intuitive interfaces.

You will work on our SaaS products in the Atlassian ecosystem and collaborate closely with

product managers, developers, and other designers to design new features and improve

existing ones.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the product development process from understanding the

problem and exploring solutions to delivering clear UI and supporting implementation.

● Design product features and improvements for our SaaS applications

● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma

● Work closely with product managers to understand product goals and user needs

● Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

● Review implemented features and provide design feedback

● Maintain consistency with the product’s design system and UI patterns

● Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas to improve usability

● Experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role

● Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

● Ability to design clear user flows and intuitive interfaces

● Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma

● Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Шукаємо Environment Artist, який спеціалізується на створенні фотореалістичних environment сцен у Unreal Engine 5.
Кандидат працюватиме з повним production pipeline: 3D моделювання, текстурування, shading, lighting, level assembly та оптимізація real-time рендерингу.
Спеціаліст буде відповідати за побудову сцен, роботу з assets, організацію проекту, procedural generation та підготовку environment для real-time використання.

Проект
Ти братимеш участь у створенні інтегрованої платформи, яка працює як з batch, так і з streaming даними, забезпечує захищене та кероване середовище даних, а також підтримує розширену аналітику та machine learning процеси. Рішення базуватиметься на сучасних big data технологіях, щоб надавати корисні інсайти для державного сектору.

Обов’язки

• Розробляти та впроваджувати data ingestion pipelines для batch та streaming даних
• Налаштовувати та підтримувати workflows для оркестрації даних (Airflow, NiFi) та CI/CD автоматизацію
• Проєктувати та організовувати шари даних у Data Lake архітектурі (HDFS, Iceberg, S3)
• Створювати та підтримувати безпечне та кероване середовище даних за допомогою Apache Ranger, Atlas та SDX
• Писати SQL-запити та оптимізувати їх продуктивність для аналітичних навантажень у Hive/Impala
• Брати участь у моделюванні даних для аналітики та BI, створюючи чисті схеми та багатовимірні моделі
• Підтримувати machine learning workflows, використовуючи Spark MLlib або Cloudera Machine Learning (CML)

Вимоги

• Досвід створення та підтримки масштабних конвеєрів даних (batch та streaming)
• Глибокі знання основ data engineering: ETL/ELT, data governance, data warehousing, Medallion architecture
• Впевнене володіння SQL для роботи з Data Warehouse
• Мінімум 3 роки досвіду роботи з Python або Scala для обробки та трансформації даних
• Практичний досвід роботи з Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow та оптимізацією розподілених систем
• Досвід впровадження практик безпеки та управління метаданими (Apache Ranger, Atlas)
• Рівень англійської - Upper-Intermediate

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи з Cloudera Data Platform (CDP)
• Поглиблені навички SQL та оптимізація запитів у Hive/Impala
• Ступінь бакалавра в галузі Computer Science або суміжній сфері

Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії:
• розрахунок та підготовка пропозицій щодо базових тарифів, націнок і коефіцієнтів відповідно до визначених бізнес-цілей, ринкових умов та стратегії для наявних або нових продуктів і сервісів у напрямку Delivery
• збір, обробка та аналіз даних про конкурентне середовище, ринкові ціни, тренди та сезонні коливання попиту
• формування регулярних звітів та презентацій із висновками й рекомендаціями для ухвалення управлінських рішень
• аналіз ефективності впроваджених змін у ціноутворенні (A/B-тести, відстеження KPI, динаміка доходів, вплив на C2P та AOV)
• підготовка пропозицій щодо тактичних змін у системі ціноутворення для підвищення ефективності продажів та конкурентоспроможності
• взаємодія з іншими підрозділами (маркетинг, операційний департамент, фінанси) для узгодження цінових ініціатив та забезпечення єдності даних
• участь у вдосконаленні внутрішніх процесів збору, зберігання та оновлення даних щодо цін і конкурентів

Челенджі на три місяці:
• ефективне та своєчасне управління цінами (націнками), розробка графіка
• дослідження ринку та надання рекомендацій на основі отриманих інсайтів
• розробка процесу збору ринкової інформації, її аналізу та зберігання
• презентація стейкхолдерам результатів роботи за 3 місяці
• участь у розробці процесу керування тарифами для всіх продуктів напряму Delivery
• участь в автоматизації управління цінами та націнками

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться:
• впевнене володіння Microsoft Excel (зокрема формулами, зведеними таблицями та базовою автоматизацією) і PowerPoint 

• розуміння принципів динамічного ціноутворення та факторів, що впливають на формування цін 

• навички роботи з великими масивами даних, базами даних або BI-інструментами 
• вміння будувати логічні аналітичні моделі для обґрунтування цінових рішень 

• володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче ніж B1 (Intermediate).
