    Responsibilities:

    • Update and build an effective media plan in accordance with the strategic goals of the project
    • Ensure traffic growth, increased engagement and brand recognition in social networks (X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, YouTube Shorts)
    • Develop and implement SMM strategies taking into account the specifics of each communication channel
    • Optimize the level of community engagement
    • Create and manage content on social networks, maintain a single tone of voice β€” for a Western audience
    • Hold joint contests and sweepstakes with other audiences to attract a new audience
    • Coordinate work with designers (promo and motion designers) on the visual design of content, including posts, stories and videos

     

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience working with multiple social channels.
    • English level β€” from Upper-Intermediate (closing questions using Google Translate or AI is not an option)
    • Independence in work (ability to work without supervision and make decisions)
    • SMM with real cases of strategy implementation and successful community growth
    • Excellent knowledge of Discord (required!), Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social networks and best practices for working in these social networks
    • Good understanding of key performance indicators of social networks
