Haven is hiring on behalf of MenuFit (menufit.com · App Store) — the app that tells you exactly what to order at any restaurant to hit your goals. MenuFit launched in August 2025 and went from $0 to $1M+ in monthly revenue in under a year, completely bootstrapped and profitable. It's a top 10 app for eating out healthy, with 3M+ downloads and a 4.8★ rating from 54,000+ App Store reviews.

The role

You take over day-to-day media buying and report to the Head of Paid Ads: daily buying, budget allocation and the weekly creative test cycle, so the Head of Paid Ads can focus on creative strategy and new channels. Paid has been scaled from zero to a six-figure monthly budget in under a year, and the plan is to keep scaling aggressively through 2027. Your mandate is to grow spend while holding efficiency targets.

The account today

Meta is the core channel, with TikTok and Apple Search Ads also live and scaling. On Meta you'll run both in-app install campaigns and a growing web-to-app funnel. V2 of the app just shipped, so there's lots of fresh surface to test.

What you'll own

• Scaling: growing spend across all live campaigns, in-app and web-to-app, and across geos.
• Creative testing: launching new creative into test, reading results at the ad level and scaling what works.
• Unit economics: calculating target cost per trial off current unit economics and holding the account to it; feeding trial-to-paid data back into buying decisions.
• Reporting: pulling from Meta, Singular and paywall data, reconciling the sources and flagging when they drift apart.
• Signal: working with the CTO on Event Match Quality, CAPI and deduplication.

What's NOT on your plate

Creative strategy and briefing (creative arrives ready to launch) · creator management · product, pricing and paywall · brand · lifecycle · ASO · people management.

Who we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media in consumer subscription apps, ideally iOS trial-to-paid.
• Has personally run a Meta account at $1M+/month, hands-on in the account daily.
• Fluent with an MMP (Singular ideal, AppsFlyer or Adjust fine): pulls your own data, joins it to Meta on IDs, and can explain why the sources disagree.
• Post-ATT literate: works off a calibrated blended number, not platform-reported ROAS.
• Deep on the signal side: EMQ, CAPI, server-side events, deduplication.
• Comfortable with Advantage+ and broad targeting.
• Web-to-app funnel experience (Superwall, FunnelFox or similar) alongside install campaigns.

Strong pluses: TikTok Ads; APIs / MCP tooling to build your own reporting; working alongside a creator or UGC program; health, fitness or nutrition apps; Apple Search Ads or AppLovin; having taken an account through a major signal change.

Compensation

• Base + monthly performance bonus: $1K for hitting both the ROAS and spend targets, $2K for hitting both stretch targets.
• Targets are set monthly with the Head of Paid Ads as the account scales.
• 10–15 days PTO plus local public holidays.
• Paid tooling and a budget for courses and industry events.

Why join

• One of the fastest-growing accounts in consumer subscription apps, with real budget behind you from day one.
• ~7x revenue growth in 12 months, bootstrapped and profitable.
• Creative supply is solved: in-house creative director, UGC creators and 100+ influencers.
• One product, one decision-maker. No client servicing, no decks, no approval chains.
• Direct line to the Head of Paid Ads, the CTO and the founder; decisions get made the same day.
• Room to grow: own the channel outright, open AppLovin, own the measurement model.

Location: Remote, at least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern · Type: Full-time, contractor · Compensation: from $7,000/month + annual performance bonus

Haven is hiring on behalf of MeAgain, the #1 app for people using GLP-1 medications (Ozempic and others). MeAgain is a Top 100 Health & Fitness app in the US and grew from $0 to $1M in monthly revenue within 18 months of launch. It's a subscription mobile app with a hard paywall, built by an AI-native team of fewer than 10 people. The US is the core market (around 80% of traffic).

The role

MeAgain is looking for a Paid Growth Lead: a senior individual contributor who takes over all paid acquisition from the CEO. Since May 2026, Martyn (CEO) has been running every channel himself. You'll take all of it over, report directly to him, and be the only person in the ad accounts day to day.

Spend today is $500K–1M per month, mostly on Meta. The goal is ~$1.5M/month within 3–6 months and ~$3M/month within a year, while staying ROI-positive. Spend grows only as long as the numbers hold.

The setup

Marketing is deliberately lean: two people. A creative lead produces 200–300 ads a week with a small group of UGC creators, and you own all paid channels.

A lot of the manual work is already automated: 70–100 new ads go into Meta every night through the API, with no manual uploads. Martyn built this system and will walk you through it. You don't need to code, but you should want to work through automation and AI tools rather than clicking through ad interfaces.

Channels

• Core: Meta
• Live at smaller budgets: TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Pinterest, Connected TV, ChatGPT ads
• Launching now: Reddit
• Next to build: Google (pending compliance approvals in the health category), then AppLovin

What you'll own

• Media buying strategy and execution across all paid channels
• Scaling Meta while holding CAC and ROAS, and knowing where the marginal dollar still pays back
• Launching and growing new channels
• Working with platform reps (e.g. Meta, Google) on policy approvals in the health category
• Working closely with the creative lead on what to test and what to scale
• Keeping the CEO up to date on performance, priorities and roadblocks

KPIs: spend, CAC, ROAS.

What's not on your plate

Creative production · paywall and conversion experiments · retention and lifecycle.

Who we're looking for

• Several years of hands-on paid media in consumer subscription mobile apps (app-first products; not web-first, e-commerce or non-subscription apps)
• $1M+ in monthly ad spend managed personally, hands-on in the account, with Meta as the main channel
• US as your primary market
• Experience running several channels at once on your own, not one or two channels inside a bigger team
• Strong quantitative thinking: you spot patterns in numbers quickly and understand the difference between average and marginal returns
• You prioritize and look for leverage, and you're excited to work with AI and automation instead of managing a team

Strong pluses: hard paywall apps with A/B testing in Superwall · deep AppsFlyer knowledge (setting up and auditing integrations) · health apps that dealt with ad platform policy issues · AI tools in your workflow (Claude Code, Codex, pulling data or uploading assets via APIs).

Compensation & terms

• Rate: from $7,000/month, contractor. Flexible for exceptional candidates.
• Bonus: annual bonus at the founders' discretion, based on paid media performance.
• Time off: 3 weeks paid per year.
• Hours: full-time and flexible, around 8 hours a day in your timezone with at least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern.
• Start: a part-time start is possible while you transition out of your current role.

Why join

• A category leader in GLP-1s, one of the biggest health shifts of the last 50 years.
• Full ownership of paid growth, with most channels beyond Meta still to be built.
• A creative engine producing 200–300 new ads every week.
• An AI-native team where you manage automation, not headcount.
• Minimal meetings and a focus on outcomes, not hours online.

Remote · Full-time · Overlap with EST until 2:00 PM EST · Monthly retainer

Run Meta Ads for US DTC brands spending up to $500K a month — with no client calls on your plate and an in-house creative team feeding you new concepts to test.

About La Performance

La Performance is a New York performance marketing agency built around eCommerce. Around 75% of its clients are US DTC brands, mostly based in NYC and LA, with apparel as a core category. Some accounts spend a few thousand dollars a month, others up to $500K — so you'll see both scrappy growth-stage brands and serious scale.

The agency is small on purpose: two co-founders, a tight media team, a dedicated account team and a strong in-house creative studio. Haven is running this search on La Performance's behalf.

The role in one sentence

You are the person who decides what runs on Meta, what gets more money and what gets switched off — across a portfolio of 10–15 DTC accounts.

This is a pure media buying seat. The account team handles every client conversation and the creative team handles production, so your time goes where it should: testing, reading the data and scaling what works.

What your week looks like

• Every day — you check performance across your accounts, catch anomalies early and keep spend on track.
• Every week — you launch structured tests (creative concepts, messaging angles, audiences), kill losers, scale winners and optimize structure.
• Every month — you put together budget recommendations and update the channel plan for each account.
• Whenever something breaks — you dig into tracking and conversion issues and get to the root cause, not just the symptom.
• All the time — you proactively flag results, risks and opportunities to the team instead of waiting to be asked.

What makes this seat different

• Range of budgets. From ~$3K to $500K/month in one portfolio — a rare chance to sharpen both efficiency and scaling instincts.
• Creative velocity. An in-house creative team means a steady stream of new concepts to test, not begging for assets.
• Zero client management. No status calls, no decks for clients — the account team owns that.
• Real ownership. A small, nimble team where your budget calls actually move the needle and you work directly with the co-founders.
• A mentor who's seen it all. You report to Evan, co-founder and head of media, with 20+ years in performance marketing.
• Room to grow. The team is expected to double within the next 18 months.

Who we're looking for

• 3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — you run accounts independently and don't need someone checking your work.
• eCommerce / DTC background is a must. Apparel eComm is the ideal profile — you know what seasonality, stock levels and size ranges do to performance.

We are looking for a senior technical consultant with hands-on experience in mobile traffic infrastructure, backend routing, attribution, Keitaro, GEO segmentation, and anti-abuse systems.

Our current architecture is:

iOS App → AWS ECS / ALB → API → Keitaro

We need an expert to review the existing setup and help us design a reliable production-ready traffic routing and filtering architecture.

The main goal is to understand which traffic signals are realistically available within this stack, which of them are worth using, and how to structure the decision logic between the mobile app, backend, AWS infrastructure, and Keitaro.

Areas we would like to review include:

— IPv4 / IPv6
— GEO location and country-level routing
— ISP / ASN data
— VPN / proxy detection
— User-Agent
— Referrer data
— DNS-related signals
— suspicious or known-abuse IP databases
— request-rate limits and anti-bot / anti-abuse rules
— traffic attribution between different apps, sources, GEOs, and offers
— Keitaro tracking parameters, click IDs, subIDs, and postbacks
— offer routing, weighted distribution, caps, and fallback logic

We would also like an assessment of more advanced identification signals, including:

— device fingerprinting
— device-level signals available on iOS
— battery-related or environment signals
— third-party detection APIs / SDKs

We want to understand which of these signals are technically available on iOS, which require changes in the mobile application, what privacy or reliability limitations they have, and whether the additional complexity is justified.

Expected deliverables

We are initially looking for a technical consultation and architecture review, not immediate full-scale development.

We expect the specialist to provide:

— review of our current architecture;
— recommended traffic routing and filtering logic;
— recommended data sources, APIs, or services;
— assessment of accuracy and false-positive risks;
— expected infrastructure and third-party API costs;
— recommendations for Keitaro integration and attribution;
— QA / staging approach for testing the complete flow;
— clear implementation plan for our existing AWS + Keitaro infrastructure.

Preferred experience

Strong practical experience with several of the following is important:

— iOS mobile traffic infrastructure
— backend traffic routing
— AWS ECS / ALB
— Keitaro or similar tracking platforms
— mobile attribution
— server-to-server postbacks
— GEO / ASN / VPN / proxy detection
— anti-bot and anti-abuse systems
— affiliate traffic infrastructure
— high-volume traffic systems

Experience with real production mobile affiliate projects is highly preferred.

Please include a short description of similar systems you have worked with and explain what parts of this stack you personally designed or implemented.

We are open to starting with a paid 1–2 hour technical consultation.
