We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
— Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in a CRM, Education platform or E-commerce domains;
— In-depth understanding of QA processes and methodologies, with experience in sprint-based development cycles;
— Comprehensive understanding of SDLC/STLC and its components, with proven experience in adapting testing strategies to fast-paced development environments;
— Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices;
— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
— Proficiency in using browser Developer Tools for debugging and troubleshooting;
— Strong experience in testing REST APIs/Webhooks/WebSockets, with a deep understanding of API testing best practices;
— Experience with test management tools;
— Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably GIT;
— Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams;
— Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough self-tests and analyze testing reportsWill be plus:

— Generate detailed reports on testing results, including analysis and recommendations for improvement;
— Identify and accurately report software defects, including providing detailed steps to reproduce;
— Analyze software quality and development speed, and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
— Contribute to the improvement of test automation processes and assist in creating test scenarios for automation;

Ваші задачі:
- проводити повну операційну підтримку проєктів IVR-обдзвону клієнтської бази;
- щоденний моніторинг показників ефективності (воронка, конверсія, середній час обробки ліда, маржа);
- аналізувати наявної воронки обробки клієнтів: виявлення слабких місць, розробка та впровадження нових сценаріїв;
- запускати нових гіпотез, тестування сценаріїв, оптимізація процесів на основі зібраних даних;
- впроваджувати змін, що безпосередньо впливають на приріст валової маржі;
- створювати звітності по ефективності проєктів та презентація результатів керівництву.
