The Junior Casino Manager is responsible for the operational management of casino content within the platform, including game onboarding, provider integrations, and configuration within the RGS (Remote Gaming System).

On behalf of our Client from USA, Illinois, Mobilunity is looking for a D365 Tech Consultant / System Administrator (Release & Upgrade Specialist).

Our Client is a U.S.-based hardware and software company founded in 1988 by Larry O’Connor. It is best known for storage, memory, connectivity, and upgrade products for Mac, PC, and creative workflows, with a brand position built around performance, reliability, and extending the useful life of technology.

You will be the person responsible for overseeing, managing and planning smooth Dynamics system updates, which includes full preparation, release management and further troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O module
• Hands-on experience in managing Dynamics updates, including at least 2-3 end-to-end production or near-production upgrade cycles
• Deep understanding of Dynamics integrations with third-party systems, including hands-on troubleshooting of APIs, middleware, and data flow issues during upgrades
• Ability to perform security audits inside the system and integrations involved
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics system administration, customization, and configuration
• Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), including environment management, deployments, and update lifecycle handling
• Experience working with ISV solutions in Dynamics 365, including handling version compatibility and upgrade-related issues
