Junior Casino Manager
The Junior Casino Manager is responsible for the operational management of casino content within the platform, including game onboarding, provider integrations, and configuration within the RGS (Remote Gaming System).
This role ensures that all games, providers, and related configurations are correctly created, activated, mapped, and maintained to support seamless player experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Game & Provider Management
- Create and configure new game entries in the RGS.
- Activate/deactivate games based on business needs and provider availability.
- Manage game metadata (name, category, provider, RTP where applicable, tags, etc.).
Ensure correct mapping between games and providers.
2. Integrations & Configuration
- Support the setup and configuration of new game providers in the RGS.
- Validate those integrations are correctly connected and operational.
- Coordinate with Product team for integration testing and go-live readiness.
Monitor provider status and availability.
3. Game Mapping & Categorization
- Assign games to correct categories, game types, and other sections.
- Map games to brands/websites based on business requirements.
- Ensure consistency across multiple websites and markets.
Maintain correct ordering and visibility of games.
4. Content Activation & Publishing
- Manage game publishing lifecycle (Draft โ Active โ Inactive).
- Ensure games are correctly displayed on the website after activation.
Verify frontend visibility and correct behavior post-release.
5. Quality Control & Validation
- Perform checks to ensure games load correctly and function as expected.
- Validate provider responses and game launch flows.
Identify and report issues related to game integrations or configurations.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and RGS teams for new integrations.
- Coordinate with CRM/Marketing teams for game promotions and launches.
Support Customer Support and Risk teams with game-related queries.
7. Reporting & Monitoring
- Track active/inactive games and provider performance.
- Maintain internal documentation for configurations and mappings.
Assist in generating reports related to game availability and usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Basic understanding of iGaming/casino operations.
- Familiarity with Backoffice systems and content management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to manage repetitive configuration tasks with high accuracy.
Basic analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with RGS platforms or game aggregators.
- Understanding of game providers (e.g., slots, live casino, table games).
- Knowledge of game lifecycle (integration โ activation โ monitoring).
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
