    This is a fully hands-on role for someone who has already managed live affiliate portfolios and knows how to turn traffic into consistent performance.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affiliates
    • Optimize performance, traffic quality, and conversion rates
    • Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
    • Monitor KPIs (CR, FTDs, EPC, ROI, traffic quality)
    • Maintain daily communication with affiliates via Telegram and email

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
    • Strong understanding of traffic sources (SEO, Email, Native, Social, Push)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Launch and own new content streams (starting with the Communication course)
    • Create and edit bite-sized lessons for a mobile app (text, audio, visuals)
    • Collaborate with Marketing to align topics with ad hooks
    • Maintain and improve lesson ratings (target: 4.5+)
    • Migrate existing content from web to app (30 lessons in 3 months)
