About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and strategically target high-potential clients within the jewelry and eCommerce sectors.
• Develop and manage outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms to engage decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth discovery and high-level demo calls to understand complex business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, data-driven proposals and estimates.
• Manage your entire pipeline with precision, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closing.
• Keep CRM updated and maintain clear, strategic communication throughout the sales cycle.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of demonstrable success in B2B sales or business development (preferably SaaS, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce tools).
• Can communicate confidently and persuasively with founders, C-level decision-makers, and established business owners.

  • Highly competitive and depends on your experience, performance, and results. It includes a fixed base salary starting from $2,000 USD (negotiable based on experience) plus commissions. You can earn 10% commission on revenue by meeting the quota (3 deals/month or $40,000 yearly revenue) and 15% for exceeding it. Commissions are based on actual funds received. A 2-month grace period is provided for ramp-up.
