We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Project Coordinator with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. In this role, you will oversee our Customer Service Team, coordinate and communicate with clients and brands, collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to maintain top service levels, onboard team members for new projects, and handle planning, reporting, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong customer-focused mentality. A degree in project management or business administration, along with previous experience in the IGaming niche, is preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

Broadband team works on 2nd generations of Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) Cable Access products: actively developing the industry’s first software-based CCAP solution (“Cable OS”) and cloud native CMTS.

These solutions allow cable operator companies to deliver the IP-based data, video, and voice services to millions of customers. Focus is given to CableOS which will allow it to get rid of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of HW network equipment.

The system is based on microservice architecture and is running on the general purpose CPUs. It doesn’t require using ASICs and makes it possible to run the SW both on the bare metal servers as well as on the private cloud infrastructure. CableOS is a pioneer in DOCSIS software defined networking (SDN) with all the benefits it gives to the service providers.
