BigD is seeking a talented CRM manager/ iGaming to join our dynamic team. BigD is an iGaming operator (top brand). But thatβs not all β we also have a thriving Affiliate Program, a handy Payment solution, and an AI user acquisition solution. We are a big family of over 500+ creative minds.
What to do:
Launch and analyze promotional campaigns for player activation, retention, and reactivation;
Hard skills
β Create targeted segments for campaigns using customer data;
β Formulate and test CRM hypotheses through A/B testing;
β Collaborate with design and content teams for promotion materials;
β Ensure timely promotions during significant events;
β Build automated customer retention funnels;
β Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly;
β Improve communication metrics.
β Background in gambling or betting;
β Experience with email service providers and CRM systems;
β Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights;
βUpper- Intermediate English proficiency.
Soft skills
β Ability to think creatively, strategically, identify and resolve problems;
β Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
β Proactive thinking
Will be a plus:
- Experience with GR8tech platform.
Experience operating with the Spanish Latin America market.
