Lead Generation Manager (LinkedIn)

We’re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team and take ownership of LinkedIn outreach as a key growth channel.

 

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate qualified leads

- Identify and research target audiences, industries, and decision-makers

- Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (connection requests, messaging sequences)

- Personalize outreach to improve response and conversion rates

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting

- Continuously test and improve outreach approaches

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation, ideally via LinkedIn

- Upper-Intermediate English

- Understanding of outbound sales processes and funnel metrics

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools

- Ability to work with CRM systems and outreach tools

- Analytical mindset and attention to detail

- Self-driven and organized

 

Nice to have:

- Experience in IT / tech industry

- Familiarity with tools like Reply.io, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay etc.

- Understanding of ICP, buyer personas, and segmentation
- Location Lviv
