Product Manager (UX-focused) - Project-based Offline

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Full-time/ Part-time involvement 

We are looking for a strong Product Manager with a hands-on UX focus to take full ownership of a marketplace product in the PropTech / Real Estate domain.

This is a leadership role where you will drive product decisions, shape the roadmap, and work closely with the engineering team and stakeholders to execute the product vision. The goal of this role is to take over day-to-day product ownership and ensure the product evolves in line with business objectives.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of product outcomes, roadmap decisions, and ticket prioritization.
• Actively engage in hands-on UX/UI work, including wireframing, UX modeling, and user journey mapping.
• Lead the engineering team (Lead + 2 full-stack devs) on technical architecture and backlog management.
• Conduct constant experimentation and testing to improve conversion rates and the entire user funnel.
• Collaborate with CEO, sales, operations, and partnerships to align product features with business goals.
• Ensure the platform’s stability by identifying and fixing suboptimal user experiences before they reach production.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically with marketplace platforms.
• Experience working in the PropTech / Real Estate domain.
• Strong hands-on UX/UI capabilities (ability to build wireframes and model UX independently).
• Deep understanding of real estate investing, agent workflows, and lending.
• “Product-obsessed” mindset with a focus on daily engagement and detail-oriented execution.
• Ability to work in a leadership capacity and make high-level prioritization decisions.
• Experience working closely with technical teams in an agile environment.
• Availability to work a schedule shifted toward the ET time zone, approximately 15:00–23:00 Kyiv time.
