About the Role:

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and real, hands-on fintech experience — specifically in building crypto exchanges or digital banking products. If you've spent the last few years deep in trading engines, payment flows, or core banking systems, we want to talk.

This is not a role for someone who has worked around fintech. We need someone who has been inside it - building the systems that move money, settle trades, and keep financial data consistent at scale.

• Designing and building backend services that power financial operations - payments, ledgers, transaction processing, and compliance workflows

• Owning complex backend logic while contributing to React-based frontend when needed

Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong content mindset, sharp market instincts, and the ability to turn ideas into awareness, credibility, and demand.
This role is for someone who understands that great marketing starts with great narratives. Someone who knows how technical audiences think, how modern software teams operate, and how to create content that feels relevant, credible, and worth reading.
You’ll help define how the market sees us, shape our category, and make sure we consistently show up in the right places.

The platform is already live and has paying customers, helping R&D teams significantly increase development speed and efficiency by reducing manual work and enabling engineers to focus only on high-impact tasks.

Key Requirements:
🔹 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand, Growth or related roles;
🔹 Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit and modern organic distribution channels;
🔹 Background in software development or experience in engineering environments;
🔹 Understanding of developer workflows, SDLC and R&D processes;
🔹 Experience creating content for B2B / technical audiences;
🔹 Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills;
🔹 Experience marketing to engineers, product teams or technical leaders;

• Architect Scalability: Design and develop highly resilient back-end systems using Java, ensuring our infrastructure handles global scale with ease.
• Feature Innovation: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from initial implementation to refined bug fixing and performance tuning.

What You Bring to the Table

• Technical Depth: Advanced proficiency in Java and core frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Systems Thinking: Proven experience building distributed systems and scalable, high-availability solutions.
• Data Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience managing complex data structures.
• Modern DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, AWS ECS).
• Agile Mindset: A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, Agile environments.
