About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a passion for large language models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI research. In this role, you will design and prototype data preparation pipelines, collaborating closely with data engineers to transform your prototypes into scalable production pipelines, design and implement a state-of-the-art evaluation and benchmarking framework to measure and guide model quality, and do end-to-end LLMs training. Responsibilities:

GenAI & NLP Expertise:

About the Job

As a Flight Control Systems Engineer, you will be a key part of our Flight Controls team to solve some of the most interesting flight guidance, dynamics, and controls problems you’ll have ever heard of. Together with our world-class team, currently four team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design and programming of flight guidance and flight control algorithms for automatic and autonomous flight

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
4+ years of commercial software development experience;
Strong experience with backend development with Elixir;
Hands-on experience with Phoenix framework and Ecto (or similar backend frameworks/ORMs);
Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (preferably React);
Experience working with distributed systems and microservices-based architectures;
Solid understanding of concurrent systems and fault-tolerant design (OTP is a strong plus);
Experience working with GraphQL APIs (design and consumption);
Experience with API integrations and client-side data management (e.g., Apollo Client);
Solid knowledge of Git and command-line tools;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions);
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across back-end and front-end;
Ability to work with complex systems (multi-service / umbrella architecture);
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand the big picture;
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a full-stack team;
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
