At Mr. Jeff AMZ, we have been helping Amazon sellers reinstate deactivated accounts and resolve account health issues for over 5 years.

 

We are growing quickly and are looking for an attentive and responsible Assistant Manager for Amazon Appeals to strengthen our team.

 

You will work closely with our senior Amazon account reinstatement specialist, who will act as your mentor and guide you through the basics of preparing appeals, analyzing cases, and understanding the Amazon appeal process.

 

Responsibilities

You will assist our appeal managers with Amazon reinstatement cases, including:

  • Preparing appeals for Amazon Seller Performance and other Amazon teams;
  • Analyzing Amazon notifications, client documents, and case details;
  • Communicating with clients in English;
  • Contacting Amazon Support regarding ongoing cases;
  • Organizing case information, documents, and updates;
  • Checking details before appeals are submitted;
  • Working with Amazon Seller Central interface.

 

We provide training on how to prepare appeals, so previous reinstatement experience is a plus but not required.

 

Requirements

  • English level B2 or higher;
  • Understanding of Amazon policies and Amazon Seller Central interface;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with written information and documents;
  • Responsible and organized approach to tasks;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn Amazon appeal and reinstatement processes.

 

Will be a plus

  • Experience with Amazon seller accounts
  • Understanding of Amazon account suspensions
  • Experience in customer support, account management, e-commerce, or written communication with clients
  • Experience writing appeals, reports, or official letters in English.
  • Attention to detail is the key skill for this position.
