Ми шукаємо Product Manager (Mobile App), який візьме на себе відповідальність за розвиток мобільного додатку — від гіпотез і досліджень до фінальних релізів.
Ти будеш працювати над збільшенням LTV, ARPU, конверсій та утриманням користувачів, а також впроваджувати нові функції, гейміфікацію та персоналізацію.

✅ Що ми очікуємо:

• 3+ роки досвіду роботи Product Manager / Product Owner у mobile-first продуктах.
• Мінімум 1–2 роки досвіду саме у iGaming-проєктах.
• Розуміння ігрової економіки (гемблінгової монетизації, бонусних систем, VIP-механік).
• Досвід роботи з аналітичними інструментами: Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust, Amplitude, Tableau тощо.
• Знання метрик: ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Retention, Conversion Funnel.
• Досвід з Agile/Scrum, уміння формувати backlog і roadmap.
• Практичне розуміння UX/UI для мобільних ігор/додатків.
• Англійська — Upper-Intermediate+ (спілкування з міжнародними партнерами).
• Знання ASO.

⚙️ Функціональні обов’язки:

• Формування продуктової стратегії для мобільного казино-додатку (iOS/Android).
• Аналіз користувацької поведінки: acquisition funnels.
• Постановка та пріоритизація product backlog, управління повним циклом фічі (від ідеї до релізу).
• Проведення A/B тестів, аналіз результатів і впровадження покращень.
• Співпраця з командами розробки, дизайну, аналітики, маркетингу та CRM.
• Розробка і впровадження гейміфікаційних елементів: місії, рівні, бонуси, VIP-програми.
• Моніторинг конкурентів і трендів у сегменті iGaming .
• Підтримка високого рівня compliance і UX відповідно до ринкових вимог.
