Search is changing fast. AI-generated answers are replacing ranked links, and brands that aren't visible inside those answers are simply invisible. This role exists to make sure our clients are inside those answers — not invisible to them. You'll own GEO end-to-end: auditing content for AI retrievability, building entity coverage, shaping how information is structured so language models can extract and cite it reliably. You'll also maintain solid traditional SEO foundations in parallel, because both disciplines are still in play.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead GEO strategy from audit to execution — entity mapping, semantic architecture, and content structuring for AI retrievability

An early-stage Israeli startup building a modern payroll platform to automate salary calculations and HR workflows is looking for a Full Stack Developer. The product has been in development for over a year and is already being tested with early partners. This role involves working directly with the founders as one of the first engineering hires, with strong ownership and impact on product and technical decisions.

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the Next.js app, tRPC API layer, and database schema
• Own database migrations and schema design with Drizzle ORM
• Write meaningful tests — unit, integration, and E2E — as part of normal development
• Participate in CI/CD improvements and maintenance, GitHub Actions pipelines, and deployment workflows, integrating BE services such as Turso, Vercel, PostHog, GitHub, etc.
• Review code and contribute to engineering practices
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering — you write code daily, not just review it
• Strong TypeScript proficiency (strict mode, generics, discriminated unions)

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Backend Team Lead who will guide a team of backend engineers while staying directly involved in coding, architecture, and delivery. You will work on core backend systems behind Coro’s cybersecurity platform, building and scaling high-load services that process large volumes of security and telemetry data in real time.

These systems are responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including endpoints, cloud environments, and product integrations. They support critical product capabilities such as threat detection, security analytics, anomaly identification, and automated response workflows, making this a mission-critical leadership role at the core of Coro’s product.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead a team of highly skilled and passionate developers
• Partner with the Product Manager to build the road-map for the team
• Understand the team objectives and key results and make sure that the team are on the path to achieving them
• Participate in making decisions on the architecture and technologies
• Conduct the team ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retro meetings
• Help create and enforce strong engineering standards, code quality, and best Engineering practices
• Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the team’s various services and features
