    Key tasks:

    • Connect data from marketing, product, and sales to understand how users move through the funnel and what drives revenue.
    • Maintain tracking tools (GTM, GA4/Matomo, product & CRM events, etc.).
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance: traffic quality, conversions, retention, and revenue.
    • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities based on real user behavior data.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business questions into tracking requirements and actionable insights.
    • Keep tracking accurate, consistent, and well-documented.
    • Suggest and help run experiments like A/B tests and cohort analysis.


    Your background:

    • 3+ years in marketing, product, or growth analytics (in SaaS or  subscription business models preferred).
    • Experienced with GA4, GTM (web and server), SQL basics, event tracking, and BI tools like Looker / Power BI
    • Understand marketing and product KPIs, funnels, retention, and revenue attribution for SaaS companies.
    • Can turn complex data into clear actions.
    • Detail-oriented, self-driven.
    • Proactive and curious: not just answering questions, but finding new ones to ask.
    • Great at working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
    • Clear communicator: can turn numbers into insights.
