About us
EcoNatura is a DTC company for natural health and personal care products, selling around 90,000 units a year. Our main markets are Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and we’re also growing in the US. We advertise on Meta, TikTok and especially Pinterest.

The role
We’re looking for a highly motivated video editor who creates performance ads that sell. About 90% of our videos are AI-generated. You’ll combine AI footage, medical animations (how a product works in the body, anatomy scenes, before/after visuals), voiceovers and captions into short, high-converting ads in 9:16 and 4:5.

What you’ll do

• Turn our scripts into finished ads, including hooks, pacing, captions, sound design and CTA
• Create AI scenes and medical animations in Higgsfield (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana etc.)
• Produce voiceovers with ElevenLabs
• Build several hook variations per concept for testing
• Improve based on our ad performance data (what wins, what doesn’t)

What we offer

• Long-term, fully remote role with flexible, async working hours
• Clear scripts with remarks, plus a lot of creative freedom in the visual style
• Full access to our tools: Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Claude, plus any other software you need
• No German needed: our ads are mostly in German, but Claude handles translation and we communicate in English
• A steady flow of products and concepts, so you’ll always have work
• Paid trial task, no unpaid tests
• Lean team, short communication paths, fast decisions
• Higher pay when your ads perform well

About the process

1. Short intro call
2. Paid trial: one ad based on our script
3. Start

Our partner is an international FinTech company developing and scaling payment solutions across global markets. With a team of over 70 people, the company has already secured a significant share of one of the most challenging payment markets and is expanding into major new geographies.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who has already built a supply function in FinTech: sourced and onboarded a provider network, hired a team, and established clear processes.

What you’ll do

• Build the Supply function, defining its strategy, team structure, procedures, and KPIs.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard PSPs, payment channels, currency exchange services, and other payment solution providers. Lead negotiations and renegotiate commercial terms.
• Build a team from scratch, including researchers and hunters responsible for sourcing and onboarding partners, and account managers responsible for managing those relationships. Own recruitment, training, and working methods.
• Develop a network of agents and local partners across key markets, including new geographies.
• Monitor provider availability, stability, and service quality while maintaining a pool of alternative providers.
• Test hypotheses and adapt the supply model to market volatility and expansion into new geographies.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and the commercial team.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in FinTech, such as PSPs, payment processing, P2P platforms, currency exchange services, crypto exchanges, banking, or acquiring.
• An understanding of pay-ins and payouts, fees, exchange rates, AML, and risk.
• Direct experience in Supply: sourcing payment solutions and building, onboarding, and developing a network of providers and partners. Experience selling to merchants alone does not meet this requirement.
• Experience building your own team and processes from scratch.
• Strong negotiation skills, independence, and the ability to take ownership quickly.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Knowledge of India and other Asian markets, including the specifics of working with local partners.

What we offer

• The opportunity to shape a function and build your own team, with a direct impact on the business and strategic decisions.
• A company with an established market position and an increased budget for the Supply function.
• Performance-linked compensation: a base salary and bonus structure to be discussed during the interview.
• Remote work and flexible hours.
• Onboarding support from the founders and the team.

If you’ve already built a supply function in FinTech and want to do it again in a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!

We're looking for a rigorous, technical RL Data QA Engineer to review the reinforcement-learning tasks built on our platform before they reach frontier AI labs.

Every task on our platform is a small software environment: instructions, a containerized environment, a reference solution, and tests that turn an AI agent's work into a reward. Before a task reaches you, it has been run many times against frontier coding agents and audited automatically. You are the expert human judgment that decides whether it is good enough to train and evaluate the next generation of AI. Is it correct, fair, challenging and impossible to game?

What You'll Do

• Review RL tasks end to end: Examine instructions, environments, reference solutions and tests, and decide whether each task meets our quality bar.
• Break the verifier: Look for the ways an agent could pass without really solving the task, such as weak tests, leaked solutions or loopholes in the environment.
• Read agent trajectories: Analyze how frontier coding agents attempted each task, and tell a genuine solve from a lucky or illegitimate one.
• Judge difficulty with data: Interpret pass rates across models and trials, and decide when a result is solid and when it needs more evidence.
• Separate task faults from platform faults: Make sure contributors are judged on their work, never on infrastructure issues.
• Write feedback that gets tasks fixed: Give contributors precise, actionable comments, so a task improves in one iteration instead of three.
• Raise the bar over time: Turn recurring defects into rubric rules, automated checks and better task templates, working with our engineers and researchers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong engineering skills: Comfortable with Python, Bash, Linux and Docker. You can build, run, break and fix a task environment yourself.
• An adversarial mindset: You enjoy finding the hole: exploits, test gaps, edge cases, reward hacks.
• Clear, precise writing: Your feedback is specific, actionable and respectful.
• Statistical common sense: You understand pass rates, small samples and variance well enough to make sound calls.
• Ownership and autonomy: You take responsibility for quality, including the issues nobody else noticed, and you work without constant supervision.
• Ambition and drive: A highly motivated, resourceful and results-oriented person who wants to grow quickly and make a tangible impact on frontier AI.

We value demonstrated achievements, intellectual curiosity and the ability to execute over years of experience or impressive job titles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RL environments, LLM evaluations, benchmarks or reward modeling.
• Deep technical knowledge in at least one domain: For example QA, software engineering, networking, security, data or ML engineering.
• Experience authoring tasks or benchmarks for AI agents.
• Fluency with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as review tools.
• Experience writing review guidelines or calibrating a team of reviewers.

Why Join ARIMLABS?

• Shape frontier AI directly: The tasks you approve train and evaluate the next generation of AI coding agents.
• Exceptional growth opportunities: Join a fast-scaling AI research company at an early stage, with a path to leading the QA function as it grows.

We are a fast-growing, ambitious iGaming startup on a mission to scale rapidly. Our leadership team combines deep industry expertise, years of hands-on experience, and a powerhouse professional network. We are highly capable, data-driven, and ready for exponential growth - and we are now seeking an experienced Head of Analytics who will own our data strategy, drive business decisions through metrics, and lead our analytical team.

💡 How we work: You won’t have to build pipelines from scratch. We have a dedicated Data Engineer in the team to handle the heavy lifting. Your role is to guide the data architecture conceptually, while focusing heavily on what matters most: product metrics, business insights, and growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Metrics & Insights: Define, track, and analyze key business and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Data Strategy & Architecture: Guide how our data is structured and processed; work closely with our Data Engineer to design robust ETL/ELT workflows.
• Leadership & Execution: Lead and mentor our analytical team, ensuring high-quality analytical output.
• Data Democratization: Oversee the creation of actionable BI dashboards (reporting, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling) to help stakeholders make fast, data-driven decisions.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with the leadership team to translate complex analysis into strategic business recommendations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Expertise in Metrics: Strong, proven expertise in product and business metrics (specifically within iGaming/Gaming is a huge plus). You know exactly how to measure user behavior, LTV, retention, and monetization.
• High-Level Tech Understanding: Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes (we expect you to know how to build it and guide the process, though a Data Engineer will do the coding).
• Experience: 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts.
• Tech Stack (Conceptual & Practical): Advanced SQL, familiarity with BI tools, and web/product analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives.
• Languages: English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. Proficiency in Ukrainian will be a strong asset for smooth day-to-day collaboration.

🔹 What We Offer:

• Impact: A pivotal role in a dynamic, international Tier-1 iGaming ecosystem where your insights directly shape the product.
• Autonomy & Support: The freedom to build the analytics function your way, supported by a dedicated Data Engineer and top-tier industry experts.
• Flexibility: 100% remote work with a flexible schedule.
• Culture: A high-performance, results-oriented culture with zero bureaucracy.
