At A-Players, we’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Billing Team β€” a team responsible for building and evolving our internal billing platform that sits at the core of the company’s financial operations.

You will take end-to-end ownership of quality in a technically complex, backend-heavy billing domain: from test strategy and automation to ensuring reliable, stable releases in a system that integrates with multiple internal and external services.

If you enjoy working close to the product and engineering, diving deep into complex domains, and building test systems that actually matter β€” this role is for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve QA processes within the Billing team
    • Be responsible for the quality of billing-related functionality and integrations
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test documentation (checklists, regression suites, test cases for automation)
    • Increase transparency of QA processes and improve quality monitoring
    • Identify bugs and risk areas early to improve overall system reliability
    • Ensure high quality and stability of releases in a fast-moving environment

    Why this role matters:

    • You will work on a mission-critical financial product at the core of the company
    • A large area of ownership and real impact β€” you will shape quality processes and automation, not just follow them
    • A technically challenging domain that offers strong professional growth
    • A strong engineering team and a culture of openness
    • Fast decision-making and the ability to see the impact of your work quickly

    What we look for:

    • 3+ years of experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer / QA Engineer with a strong focus on coding in backend-oriented products
    • Confident knowledge of PHP: writing automated tests, understanding backend code, and being able to work with existing codebases
    • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks
    • Strong understanding of test pyramid principles, testability, and maintainable test code
    • Hands-on experience with API and integration test automation
    • Confident work with REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, curl)
    • Understanding of asynchronous processes, webhooks, and queues

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with financial, billing, or payment systems
    • Experience testing payment orchestrators
    • Knowledge of event-driven architectures
    • Experience working with high-load / high-availability systems
    • Understanding of 3D Secure, SCA, PSD2

    Soft skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to work with uncertainty and dive deep into complex domain areas
    • High level of ownership, autonomy, and responsibility
    • Proactive mindset: ability to identify risks and raise them early

    We offer:

    • A supportive atmosphere β€” we’re all for creativity and providing opportunities for self-fulfillment
    • Working on inspiring products in a team of supportive professionals
    • A competitive salary package based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product
    • Reimbursement of professional courses and trainings
    • In-office, and hybrid/remote work opportunities
    • Flexible working hours
    • Professional equipment and access to the necessary programs
    • Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits
    • Free lunches in the office
    • A variety of corporate events and team-building activities

We are actively seeking a skilled Make.com/n8n Developer for a full-time or project-based cooperation (you decide).

    Mission

Your mission is to design, build, and continuously improve the automation backbone of DOIT Software. You will transform Sales, Recruitment, HR, and Administrative workflows into scalable, reliable, and AI-powered systems.

Your work will directly enable our 2026 objective: Transform DOIT Software into an automation- and AI-powered company that scales efficiently, delivers predictable results, and outperforms traditional agencies in speed, quality, and cost.

We aim to run an agency where automation and AI handle repeatable work, so people focus on judgment, relationships, and quality. You will work closely with the Product Owner, CTO, and Heads of Departments to turn business processes into resilient, measurable, and self-improving automation systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable multi-step automations using Make.comn8n, or similar tools.
    • Translate business processes into technical workflows with clear states, conditions, and error paths.
    • Integrate APIs, webhooks, chatbots, LLMs, and third-party tools into end-to-end systems.
    • Implement robust monitoring, logging, retry logic, and fallback strategies.
    • Continuously optimize workflows to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
    • Collaborate with Product Owner and department heads to:
      • Map processes
      • Define success metrics
      • Prioritize automation opportunities

    Documentation

    • Well-commented workflows and nodes.
    • High-level workflow overview with data flow diagram.
    • Data and integrations overview.
    • Operational runbook (monitoring, failure handling, recovery).
    • Change log and versioned blueprint backups.

    What You’ll Actually Build

In this role, you will design and operate real, production-grade automation systems, including:

    • Data sourcing and scraping pipelines

Automating data extraction from platforms like LinkedIn and other public or internal sources, turning raw data into structured, outbound-ready datasets.

    • Data enrichment and validation systems

Enriching people and company data via third-party tools and APIs, with deduplication, validation, and quality rules.

    • AI-powered workflows

Prompt-driven automations for candidate grading, summaries, outreach personalization, and interview analysis.

    • Automation-first system architecture

Designing databases, schemas, and states for automation-heavy processes, with modular and reusable workflows instead of one-off scenarios.

    • End-to-end operational automations

Sales, recruitment, and internal processes run with minimal manual intervention, including error handling, retries, alerts, and recovery paths.

    Competencies

    Technical Competence

    • 2+ years of experience in workflow automation using Make.comn8n.
    • Strong understanding of:
      • APIs
      • Webhooks
      • JSON format
      • Authentication flows
    • Familiarity with Airtable or other database platforms
    • Experience with data enrichment tools such as PhantomBuster, ApifyApollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Grinfi, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, prompt engineering).
    • Proven experience creating scenarios for sales, business development, recruitment, or marketing
    • Strong skills in algorithm design and scenario optimization
    • Background in software development or Technical education
    • JavaScript or Python for automation scripting is a strong plus.

This role is not about β€œconnecting tools.” It is about engineering an operating system for a modern AI-driven company. You will shape how DOIT Software works at a fundamental level.

We are looking for an AI-First Golang Developer. We don’t need coders, we need Golang backend engineers who build features end-to-end using Claude Code.

    Details:

    • AI coding experience (mandatory!): experience with Claude Code β€” #1 priority, or other agentic coding tools. Claude Code is what is used on the project
    • Senior Golang Developer, 5+ years of experience, can potentially consider really strong candidates with 4 years of experience
    • Strong proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate level or Advanced)
    • Full-time
    • Fully remote
    • Start: ASAP, ideally, or can be discussed. 1 month’s notice will not work.

    What you’ll actually do:

    • Own features end-to-end: from specs to deployment to fixing bugs
    • Use Claude Code to generate Golang backend code
    • Review AI output for quality and architectural fit
    • Fix bugs to learn our codebase, then rapidly build new features
    • Make quick decisions on what to build vs buy vs generate with AI
    • Talk to customers when they report issues and ship fixes same day

    Our stack:

    • Backend: Golang monorepo
    • AI: Claude Code (mandatory), other agentic coding tools

    Products you will build:

    • API: platform features, tooling, multi-agent system, etc.

    You must have:

    • Ownership mentality with a strive for elegantly simple, high-quality solutions
    • Strive for max quality β€” you test your own work thoroughly since we have no QA team, everything you ship MUST work
    • Product mindset β€” you care about WHY we’re building something
    • Proven experience using Claude Code or similar agentic AI (Cursor, Windsurf)
    • Strong Golang experience β€” you’ll review AI’s code in these, and you must understand how it works
    • Broad architectural knowledge of building backend
    • Excellent spoken English and a good internet connection for daily video calls

You are a great fit if you:

    • Get frustrated when development takes weeks instead of days
    • You think in features and architecture, and not single lines of code
    • Can spot subtle bugs in AI-generated code quickly
    • You ship fast but always verify it actually works
    • Have shipped real products that customers actually use
    • Think β€œhow can AI build this?” as your first instinct

    Red flags (don’t apply if):

    • You’ve never used Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
    • You’re a perfectionist who loves to code
    • You need detailed specs before starting
    • You see AI as a threat rather than leverage
    • You’re outside the European timezone

Senior Product Owner (AI/ML) to $7000

Full Remote Β· Countries of Europe or Ukraine Β· 4 years of experience Β· English - C1
Screening requirements (please read first): Non-negotiable: hands-on experience with process mining or task mining and ML/AI models used to analyze operational workflows (workflow discovery, variants, bottlenecks, cycle time, handoffs,...

    Screening requirements (please read first):

    • Non-negotiable: hands-on experience with process mining or task mining and ML/AI models used to analyze operational workflows (workflow discovery, variants, bottlenecks, cycle time, handoffs, deviations).
    • Required: a 2–5 minute intro video link in your resume or via the platform (smartphone recording is fine). Applications without the video may not be reviewed.

    Company overview:

Graphio.ai stops revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

We analyze API-enabled metadata from your existing systems to automatically identify when Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations are misaligned - before deals stall, renewals fail, or contracts slip.

No workflow changes. Fast rollout in less than 2 days.

AI learns what successful execution looks like in your company and alerts you to dangerous deviations in real time.

We’ve built and scaled before: the team behind Graphio.ai previously built upSWOT, a B2B platform adopted by hundreds of financial institutions, which was later acquired by Uptiq.  We’re applying those lessons in execution, delivery, and scale to Graphio.ai.

Supported by senior leaders from Experian, Mastercard, Lattice, BambooHR, Altrata, SAP, JackHenry, FIS, Pfizer, Workday, Customertimes, and more (graphio.ai/investors).

    Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner (AI/ML) - Workflow Intelligence who can combine strong product ownership with senior-level analytical rigor.

You will own a core slice of Graphio.ai end-to-end: system connection experience, metadata collection and processing, automatic ideal workflow (golden path) generation, deviation detection, and weekly/monthly reporting delivered to a single accountable owner. At the same time, you will operate hands-on as a senior product analyst: defining metadata requirements, deviation criteria, evaluation and monitoring, and the test scenarios that keep model behavior stable and product-ready.

This role is rooted in workflow-driven B2B SaaS execution, where cross-team handoffs determine whether deals move forward, renewals succeed, and contracts get signed on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the product backlog and execution for workflow intelligence: prioritize, define scope, drive delivery, and ship improvements with clear success criteria.
    • Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to define how the system automatically discovers and constructs the ideal workflow (golden path / best-performing execution pattern) from API-enabled metadata - including inputs, assumptions, and expected outputs.
    • You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your job is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
    • Translate customer process reality into modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how β€œsuccessful execution” is determined at scale.
    • Define metadata-first data requirements: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
    • Specify deviation definitions and prioritization: missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how severity is ranked.
    • Own the user-facing experience for reviewing and editing the ideal workflow: allow customers to add/remove steps and adjust what β€œgood execution” means, while preserving a reliable baseline generated by the system.
    • Own weekly/monthly reporting and alerting: what insights are surfaced, how they are explained, and how reports/alerts are delivered to the accountable owner (a specific responsible person).
    • Establish evaluation, monitoring, and quality gates for model-driven behavior: misses vs false alarms, consistency of the generated ideal workflow, drift signals, lead time gained, and actionability tied to revenue outcomes.
    • Run investigations for accuracy issues: analyze why the system generated an incorrect ideal workflow or missed a deviation, propose improvements, and validate fixes through regression checks.
    • Maintain a library of reference workflows and test scenarios that represent common cross-team handoff patterns and failure modes, and use it for regression coverage across releases.
    • Align stakeholders and drive clarity: convert ambiguous asks into decisions, keep execution moving without heavy process, and ensure releases are understandable and actionable for end users.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles, or in senior product business analysis roles with real product ownership scope.
    • Experience shipping AI/ML-enabled features in B2B SaaS where model behavior directly impacts users and decisions.
    • Strong background working with event-based data and operational systems (CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
    • Comfort defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
    • Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (handoffs, cycle time, variants, bottlenecks).
    • Strong analytical discipline: defining evaluation criteria, monitoring misses vs false alarms, and connecting model output to business outcomes.
    • Strong written communication, ability to drive decisions, and comfort operating in ambiguity with a small high-ownership team.
    • Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling environments where you owned problems end-to-end and shipped iteratively.

    What we offer:

    • A combined role with real ownership: product decisions + analytical depth, with direct influence on core workflow intelligence.
    • Close collaboration with the Machine Learning Engineer and Software Engineers to ship - not just plan.
    • Clear success criteria: higher actionability, fewer false alarms, fewer missed deviations, better weekly/monthly reports, faster time-to-value.
    • Fast feedback loops using real customer workflows (metadata only).
    • Exposure to cross-team execution patterns across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations.
    • Remote-friendly team with a simple setup and low overhead.
    • Competitive compensation and room to grow as the product and team scale.

    Company Operating Requirements:

At Graphio.ai we run a high-ownership, mission-driven team with clear operating rules. Please read these carefully before applying:

    • LinkedIn profile is required (company policy). Employees are required to keep a current LinkedIn profile that shows their Graphio.ai position and is linked to the official Graphio.ai company page (company logo visible on the profile). Profile standards are provided during onboarding.
    • Synchronized team vacations. The team takes coordinated time off four times per year to keep planning aligned and reduce context switching. Dates are announced in advance.
    • Startup constraints. Vacation timing may be restricted during critical company periods. We plan time off as a team and communicate constraints early.
    • Relocation readiness. Team members may reside in Ukraine, but must be prepared to relocate with their families to Europe or the United States if the company requests it and it becomes legally possible. Any relocation would be discussed in advance.
    • Non-standard schedule. The role requires flexibility to collaborate across time zones. This may occasionally include early/late meetings depending on customer and team needs.
    • US Eastern Time (ET) collaboration. This role requires regular overlap with US East Coast (ET) working hours. You must be comfortable running meetings, follow-ups, and execution in that time zone.
    • Zero slow offboarding. We run lean and fast. When the fit isn’t there, we act quickly: employment may be ended within a day and access is removed immediately.

Application requirement: short intro video (required):

Please include a short self-introduction video (2–5 minutes). You can add the link directly to your resume or submit it through the hiring platform in any available way (YouTube, Loom, Google Drive, or similar).

    • No need for a polished production, a simple smartphone recording is perfectly fine.
    • This does not replace live conversations, it only helps us speed up the first screening and understand your communication style and motivation.
    • In the video, please cover:
      • Who you are and 2–3 measurable outcomes you delivered in recent roles
      • Why you are applying for this role at Graphio.ai
      • Why you are leaving or have left your previous role
      • Your view on how a high-ownership startup team should operate (pace, ownership, communication, and work-life balance expectations)
    • Applications without the video may not be reviewed.

    Final note:

Graphio.ai is not a 9-to-5 corporate environment. We move fast, operate with high ownership, and expect proactive execution without micromanagement. Graphio.ai is a strong fit for people who actively seek challenges for personal growth - especially those who want to build their own company one day and see this as a place to learn how high-performing startups execute.

    Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst (AI/ML) to help us build a polished, user-ready product experience around Graphio.ai’s core mission: stopping revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

In this role, you will translate complex cross-functional execution problems into clear product requirements, data definitions, and measurable validation criteria. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to define what β€œsuccessful execution” looks like for customers, turn that into reliable detection and alerting behavior, and continuously improve signal quality using API-enabled metadata from existing systems.

This role is rooted in B2B SaaS execution workflows, where multiple teams and systems must stay aligned for deals, renewals, and contracts to move smoothly. Your work will directly impact how accurately Graphio.ai detects misalignment early, how actionable the alerts are, and how fast customers see value after launch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (workflow reconstruction, handoffs, cycle time, bottlenecks, variants).
    • Experience defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, and data quality rules.
    • Background in designing evaluation and monitoring for model-driven product behavior (false positives/negatives, consistency, drift, and business impact).
    • Exposure to LLM-powered features (structured prompting, quality criteria, safety constraints, and human review loops), with a product mindset rather than research focus.
    • Ability to create and manage reference scenarios and test libraries that represent real enterprise workflows and edge cases.
    • Comfort collaborating across Product, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams in an agile environment, with strong written documentation skills.

We are looking for a Senior AI Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the core systems behind Graphio.ai’s workflow intelligence platform.

Graphio.ai connects to customer systems, ingests large volumes of event-based metadata, reconstructs real business workflows, and applies machine learning to discover ideal process paths (golden paths), detect anomalies, and surface insights.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who is equally strong in:

    • backend & distributed systems
    • data-intensive architectures
    • applied machine learning
    • experimentation & research
    • production-grade reliability

Our core stack: Python, C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core), MongoDB, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ.

We are looking for an engineer who deeply understands system architecture, can reason about data at scale, and is comfortable building, training, experimenting with, and deploying ML models into production.

    What You Will Do:

    Backend & Systems

    • Design and build backend services and APIs using Python and C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core).
    • Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and observable systems for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
    • Build event-driven and asynchronous pipelines using RabbitMQ.
    • Design data models and storage strategies using MongoDB and ClickHouse.
    • Own system performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Implement strong observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting.
    • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

    Data & Machine Learning

    • Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines: ingestion β†’ feature engineering β†’ training β†’ evaluation β†’ deployment.
    • Train and iterate on ML models for workflow discovery, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.
    • Perform feature engineering on large-scale event and metadata streams.
    • Run experiments, test hypotheses, and evaluate models using offline and online metrics.
    • Conduct applied research: explore new modeling approaches, algorithms, and representations.
    • Build batch and near-real-time inference pipelines.
    • Monitor model performance, drift, and degradation in production.
    • Implement retraining strategies and versioning.

    Architecture & Product Thinking

    • Define service boundaries, data contracts, schemas, and interfaces.
    • Design for multi-tenancy, security, and compliance.
    • Make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed, quality, and scale.
    • Work closely with Product, ML, and Engineering to ship in small, measurable increments.
    • Influence the technical direction of the platform.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of experience in backend or systems engineering.
    • Strong experience with Python and C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core).
    • Experience building data-intensive systems (event ingestion, pipelines, analytics).
    • Hands-on experience with machine learning:
      • training models
      • feature engineering
      • experimentation
      • evaluation
    • Strong understanding of production ML systems (not just notebooks).
    • Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, or similar databases.
    • Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar).
    • Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts:
      • idempotency
      • retries
      • backpressure
      • eventual consistency
      • failure modes
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High ownership mindset.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with workflow analytics, process mining, or event-based systems.
    • Experience with time-series or behavioral modeling.
    • Experience with large-scale experimentation platforms.
    • Familiarity with MLOps practices.
    • Experience with cost optimization for data & ML workloads.
    • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

    Why This Role Is Special:

This is not a typical backend role.
This is not a typical ML role.

You will be building a real AI system, not demos:

    • messy real-world data
    • real customers
    • real scale
    • real constraints
    • real impact

If you like working at the intersection of systems, data, and intelligence, this role is for you.

    What we offer:

    • A senior role owning core backend systems behind an AI/ML product with clear, measurable customer impact.
    • Direct collaboration with Machine Learning Engineers to bring models into production with reliability and speed.
    • Real-world data engineering problems: metadata ingestion, workflow reconstruction, and scalable reporting/alerting.
    • Fast iteration, low bureaucracy, and high trust - you ship and see results quickly.
    • Remote-friendly team with a simple setup and strong standards.
    • Competitive compensation and room to grow as the company scales.

Growth Lead (Paid + Funnels + Product Conversion)

    Full Remote Β· Worldwide Β· Product Β· 2 years of experience Β· English - B2

Bookimed is a global medical treatment platform helping people choose the right clinic and doctor across multiple countries. It’s a high-ticket, high-trust category where β€œmore traffic” is meaningless unless you can convert it into real patient decisions.

We’re building a growth engine that combines performance marketing + conversion funnels + product improvements, and we’re looking for a Growth Lead who can own this end-to-end and make it scalable.

This is not a β€œrun ads and report CPM” role. It’s a role for someone who thinks in repeatable growth loops: channel β†’ creative β†’ landing/funnel β†’ offer β†’ product conversion β†’ economics β†’ scale.

    What you’ll own

    • Build and scale paid acquisition across the channels you’re strongest in (Meta / Google / TikTok / YouTube β€” not all required).
    • Turn β€œcampaigns” into repeatable growth plays (creative + funnel + offer + product conversion).
    • Drive conversion improvements with product thinking: landing pages, onboarding flow, trust/proof, messaging, friction removal.
    • Shape a performance-driven creative system (ads creatives, UGC-style assets, content that converts β€” not β€œnice content”).
    • Run a consistent testing rhythm: launch β†’ learn β†’ decide β†’ iterate β†’ scale.
    • Lead and align a small cross-functional group (paid / content / SMM + tight collaboration with product and sales).

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

    • You’ve launched and validated 1–2 scalable growth plays that show clear positive momentum and can be expanded with budget.
    • The team is operating with a stable experimentation cadence and clear priorities β€” without founder micromanagement.
    • We have a clear path to scale what works and kill what doesn’t.

    What we’re looking for

    Must-have

    • Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing (you’ve scaled spend, not just managed agencies).
    • Real funnel/CRO instincts: you can improve conversion with structure, not opinions.
    • Solid understanding of unit economics and how to scale profitably.
    • Ownership mindset: you don’t need perfect conditions β€” you create them.

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience in high-ticket lead gen, marketplaces, or complex decision journeys.
    • Strong creative sense for performance (what actually makes ads convert).
    • Comfort working with product teams and shipping improvements fast.

    Why Bookimed

    • Meaningful category: you’re helping people make serious health decisions, not selling another subscription.
    • Complex growth challenge: high trust, multi-market, high intent β€” perfect for someone who likes building systems.
    • AI inside the company: we actively invest in AI to speed up content, experimentation, and product improvements (not as a buzzword, but as a multiplier).
    • Room to grow: if you build a scalable growth engine, this role can evolve into broader marketing leadership over time.

    How to apply

    Send:

    • A short note on which channels you’re best at and what you’ve scaled.
    • 2–3 examples of growth plays you’ve run (what you changed or created in the funnel and why).
