    • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

    Nice to Have

    • Official employment
    • Military booking for eligible candidates
    • Medical insurance
    • Work on products that are validated in real combat conditions with fast iteration cycles

    Job Description

    • Experience & Education: 7+ years in Business Analysis or Product Management on complex software projects. Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, CS, or a related clinical field is preferred.
    • Gherkin/BDD Expertise: Required: Advanced proficiency in writing requirements in Gherkin format. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality scenarios quickly.
    • PO Mindset: Demonstrable experience acting as a proxy-Product Owner. Experience with roadmapping, backlog grooming, and strategic planning in an Agile/Scrum environment is essential.
    • Medical Domain Knowledge: Experience with medical imaging (CT, MRI, X-Ray), image processing, or surgical navigation systems is a massive plus. Understanding of hip arthroscopy or FAI pathology is highly desirable.
    • Proactivity & Leadership: Strong history of "owning" the solution. You must be a self-starter who identifies process bottlenecks and fixes them without waiting for permission.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and clinical information to diverse audiences. You must be comfortable leading workshops and presentations for surgeons and executives.
    • Tooling: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, specifically for managing traceability and documentation.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Senior Business Analyst acting as a Product Owner who will own the requirements lifecycle. You will drive the product vision, ensuring the system reflects clinical needs while establishing a rapid, standardized flow for requirement definition.
    • Requirements Ownership & Gherkin Mastery: Rapidly translate complex clinical needs and surgical workflows into precise, testable requirements using Gherkin syntax (BDD). You must be able to write user stories and scenarios fast without sacrificing clarity.
    • Process Architecture: Take full ownership of the requirements gathering process. Analyze, audit, and refine our current approach to requirements engineering to increase velocity and reduce ambiguity.
    • Product Ownership & Strategy: Act with a Product Owner mindset. Move beyond simple "order taking" to actively shape the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and make tough prioritization decisions based on clinical value and technical feasibility.
    • Stakeholder Leadership: Drive and facilitate communication with the client. You are not just a liaison; you are a partner who challenges assumptions, negotiates scope, and drives consensus among surgeons (KOLs), engineers, and executives.
    • Clinical & Imaging Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of FAI surgery workflows (pre-op to post-op) and medical imaging data (X-Ray, CT, MRI, 3D models). Ensure requirements account for 2D/3D visualization nuances and specific surgical navigation needs.
    • Risk & Ambiguity Management: Proactively identify gaps in logic or clinical safety risks early in the process. You are responsible for mitigating ambiguity before it reaches the development team.
    • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers for intuitive surgical interfaces and with Architects to ensure technical feasibility. Lead design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all requirements and roadmaps align with medical device regulations (FDA, CE) and data standards (DICOM, HL7).

    Department/Project Description

We are partnering with a global leader in medical devices to develop the next-generation cutting-edge tool used during hip arthroscopy for femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). Client provides surgeons with real-time visualization and measurement capabilities by superimposing virtual tools on X-ray images, enabling precise clinical decision-making. The product will help surgers to plan and to validate the procedures by analyzing 2D images from X-Rays, CT, MRI and building 3D objects.

Our goal is to enhance the product’s capabilities, improving workflow efficiency and advancing surgical outcomes. This project will involve refining requirements, designing intuitive interfaces, and integrating advanced visualization tools to meet the highest clinical standards. Join us in shaping the future of minimally invasive orthopedic surgery.

    Role Overview

The Head of Data Intelligence is the executive owner of demand forecasting and market intelligence for the 4A business. This role transforms complex historical and real-time data into clear, predictive guidance that drives growth, operational readiness, and demand capture.

By building scalable forecasting systems and partnering closely with Demand Generation and Operations, this leader shifts the organization from reactive reporting to proactive decision-makingβ€”anticipating demand shifts, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring supply readiness ahead of execution.

Success is measured by improved decision speed and accuracy across market prioritization, programmatic SEO planning, launch timing, supply–demand balancing, and portfolio-level resource allocation.

    Core Mandate:
Own demand intelligence end-to-end so the business shows up in the right markets, with the right content and supply, at exactly the right time.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Demand Forecasting Strategy & Signal Ownership

    • Own the company’s demand forecasting approach across services, regions, and verticals.
    • Analyze historical demand to identify seasonality, geographic spikes, anomalies, and structural trends.
    • Define forecasting methodologies, confidence levels, assumptions, refresh cadence, and data-quality standards.
    • Identify and operationalize early demand indicators (e.g., lifecycle trends, warranty timing, weather, behavioral signals).
    • Build monitoring frameworks and alerts that surface demand shifts before impact.

    2. Geo & Service Intelligence / Opportunity Mapping

    • Develop and evolve geo- and service-level heatmaps to visualize demand intensity, whitespace, and growth opportunity.
    • Maintain consistent definitions for market sizing, demand indices, and prioritization tiers.
    • Partner with Demand Generation to drive market entry, expansion, and deprioritization decisions.

    3. SEO Intelligence & Programmatic Growth Enablement

    • Partner with SEO, Growth, and Content teams to inform programmatic SEO strategy and prioritization.
    • Analyze and optimize L1/L2/L3 page strategies for performance, conversion, and revenue impact.
    • Help define a demand-driven publishing and launch calendar based on predicted demandβ€”not static schedules.
    • Align content roadmaps with seasonal peaks and highest-opportunity markets.

    4. Supply–Demand Balancing & Operational Readiness

    • Translate demand forecasts into operational actions: coverage planning, staffing/vendor needs, capacity allocation, and geographic focus.
    • Partner with Operations to balance long-term forecasts with short-term signals for rapid execution and course correction.
    • Reduce under- and over-supply in priority markets through forward-looking planning.

    5. Scalable Insight Systems, Automation & Governance

    • Build scalable, repeatable systems: automated dashboards, standardized reporting, and self-serve analytics.
    • Define metric logic, data quality checks, and governance standards to ensure consistency and trust.
    • Reduce manual analysis and metric disputes through automation and clear ownership.

    6. Executive Communication & Decision Support

    • Translate data into executive-ready narratives, trade-offs, and recommendations.
    • Establish a consistent insight cadence aligned with weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms.
    • Present forecasts and market intelligence to leadership to drive prioritization and investment decisions.

    7. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

    • Partner with Demand Generation and Operations to integrate demand intelligence into planning, capacity, and SLA decisions.
    • Collaborate with BUMs, Sales, Client Success, and Licensed Brands to align launches and messaging with demand signals.
    • Drive adoption of forecasting frameworks and self-serve insights across teams.

    Metrics & KPIs

    Business Impact

    • Forecast adoption: % of roadmap, market, and content decisions informed by demand intelligence
    • Demand capture lift: lead volume and quality improvements driven by timing and targeting
    • Operational readiness: reduction in under/over-supply events
    • MPS alignment: demand intelligence contribution to revenue, booked leads, and ROMI forecasting

    Forecasting & Intelligence Health

    • Forecast accuracy and calibration by geo, service, and horizon
    • Early-indicator performance and lead time gained on demand shifts
    • Insight cycle time: signal β†’ recommendation β†’ action
    • Data quality consistency and reduction in metric disputes

    Scalability & Adoption

    • Automation coverage vs. manual analysis
    • Self-serve dashboard adoption across teams
    • Forecast refresh cadence reliability
    • Stakeholder confidence and satisfaction

    Team Structure & Interfaces

    • Leads the Data Intelligence function, developing analysts and setting standards for forecasting and insights.
    • Accountable for demand forecast accuracy, data quality, and insight timeliness.
    • Operates within the 4A governance cadence (weekly business reviews, monthly and quarterly portfolio planning).
    • Ensures all insights are decision-ready and action-oriented.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence (marketplaces, services, or demand-driven businesses preferred)
    • Strong experience analyzing large historical datasets and translating patterns into business action
    • Comfortable operating with imperfect data while delivering reliable, directional guidance
    • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive cross-functional adoption
    • Advanced skills in SQL, Python or R, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), GA4, Search Console, and CRM systems
    • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, ROMI, capacity economics, and MPS-style input/output frameworks
    • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Builder mindset: scales 0β†’1 experiments into 1β†’10 standardized systems

    About SoftVault

SoftVault is a fast-growing iGaming technology company that helps operators launch online casinos in as little as 14 days. We provide turnkey, white-label, and crypto casino platforms to B2B clients worldwide.

We're a lean, remote-first team that moves fast and rewards results.

    The Role

We're looking for a Media Buyer to drive qualified B2B leads through paid advertising. Your primary focus will be Meta and Google Ads, with room to explore LinkedIn, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other channels.

Important context: We sell B2B iGaming platform solutions (not B2C gambling products), but ad platforms can be sensitive to anything iGaming-related. You'll need to understand ad policies inside-out and know how to run compliant campaigns that don't get flagged. We'll provide fresh ad accounts β€” your job is to keep them healthy and performing.

This is a results-driven role with commission upside. We're starting with a modest budget and scaling aggressively based on performance.

    What You'll Do

    • Run paid acquisition campaigns β€” primarily Meta Ads, with Google Ads as secondary
    • Keep accounts compliant β€” understand platform policies, avoid bans, manage account health
    • Set up bulletproof tracking β€” conversion tracking, attribution, pixel implementation
    • Optimize for leads β€” CPL, lead quality, and ultimately closed deals
    • Test and iterate β€” creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy
    • Explore new channels β€” LinkedIn, Telegram Ads, X, programmatic β€” find what works
    • Report on performance β€” clear metrics, insights, and recommendations

    What We're Looking For

    Must-have:

    • Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad policies and compliance
    • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking (pixels, CAPI, GTM, etc.)
    • Data-driven mindset β€” you optimize based on numbers, not gut feeling
    • Self-starter β€” you take ownership and figure things out
    • Fluent English

    Big plus:

    • Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other "restricted" verticals
    • Google Ads experience
    • Creative planning or design skills (ad creatives, landing page input)
    • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Telegram Ads, or X Ads
    • Russian language skills

    What We Offer

    • Fully remote β€” work from anywhere
    • Base + commission β€” $750–1,250/month + performance bonuses tied to results
    • Autonomy β€” own the channel, make decisions, see direct impact
    • Growth potential β€” budget scales with performance, and so can your role
    • No bureaucracy β€” small team, fast decisions

    How to Apply

    1. Share your CV/resume
    2. Brief examples of campaigns you've run (results, verticals, spend managed)
    3. A few sentences on how you'd approach running ads for a B2B iGaming platform

We review applications quickly and aim to make decisions within 1 week.
