Responsibilities:

     Commercial & Growth:

• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy for the sportsbook product
• Sell API-based solutions and manage C-level deals with operators and platforms
• Develop pricing models and manage commercial P&L

• Ensure quality and sustainability of the client portfolio

  Operations & Governance:

• Own the end-to-end operating model: from lead and deal to launch, billing, and retention
• Formalize processes, SLAs, and operational KPIs; optimize time-to-launch
• Manage contracts, licensing, and regulatory aspects in cooperation with legal teams
• Oversee commercial and financial infrastructure in collaboration with product, finance, and support

• Control billing, revshare reporting, unit economics, and margins

  Marketing & PR:

• Strategy for presence at key iGaming events and partner engagement

What you will do
- Support product releases - from defining feature scope and writing requirements (in English) to ensuring everything meets the Definition of Done. For the first few months, you’ll assist; later, you’ll own releases end-to-end

Responsibilities:

- Architect and build Flutter mobile applications (iOS & Android)

- Develop and maintain a responsive Flutter Web application

- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture

- Integrate backend APIs and AI-driven endpoints

- Build and maintain backend services (Node.js or similar)

- Design and implement REST or GraphQL APIs

- Architect database schemas (PostgreSQL preferred) for analytics-heavy workloads

- Handle legacy data migration and ensure data integrity

- Experience building ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows
