Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join a profitable, bootstrapped B2B go-to-market agency in Berlin that works with more than 200 B2B technology clients.

The core focus of this role is building and operating outbound and lead generation campaigns for the agency’s clients. You will understand each client’s business model and target audience, translate these insights into effective campaigns, and optimize performance based on results.

Building internal systems is also part of the role, but it is a smaller component of the overall responsibilities.

Programming skills are not required. What matters most is a strong understanding of B2B outbound, solid business acumen, and proven hands-on experience building automations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound and lead generation campaigns for clients.
• Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, buying signals, and lead scoring models.
• Research, enrich, and segment company and contact data.
• Automate personalized outreach processes across LinkedIn and email.
• Integrate data enrichment, outreach, and CRM tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
• Test new go-to-market (GTM) hypotheses using real data and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure high data quality and reliable workflows.
• Contribute to internal automations where they improve campaign execution.
• Work closely with the founders and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of B2B outbound, lead generation, or Revenue Operations.
• Proven hands-on experience independently building no-code/low-code automations.
• Experience with data enrichment, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective, operational campaigns.
• Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• English proficiency for day-to-day professional communication.
• Willingness to work from the Berlin office three days per week.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Clay.
• Experience running campaigns for external clients, for example in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, lemlist, Instantly, or Apollo.
• Understanding of email deliverability and multichannel outreach.

What We Offer

• Direct collaboration with the founders.
• Short decision-making processes and fast execution.
• A high degree of ownership and the opportunity to shape how things are done.
• A modern, AI-first working environment with a proprietary tech stack.
• A profitable, bootstrapped organization serving more than 200 clients.

Recruitment Process

1. Initial interview.
2. Practical case study — realistic and hands-on. You should be able to explain your assumptions and the numbers behind your decisions.
3. Final decision.

Feedback is usually provided within one to two business days.
