Eternity Law International supports an international yacht charter and tourism company in hiring a Marketing Manager.

Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong growth and product mindset to drive user acquisition, improve conversion funnels, and scale performance across international markets.

You will own marketing performance and work closely with product, sales, and design teams.

Responsibilities:

-Build and manage end-to-end funnels (acquisition → conversion → retention)
-Develop and execute growth strategy
-Manage paid digital channels and acquisition campaigns
-Improve conversion rates (CRO) across landing pages and funnels
-Work with analytics: CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates
-Run A/B tests and validate growth hypotheses
-Optimize user journey and digital experience
-Collaborate with design, content, and product teams

Requirements:

-3+ years in digital marketing/growth / performance marketing
-Hands-on experience with digital acquisition
-Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset
-Understanding of CRO and user behavior
-Experience working with international markets
-English B2+

Nice to have:

-Experience in travel, luxury, or high-ticket services
-Product marketing/growth experience
-Experience scaling digital products internationally
