    What You Will Do

    • Manage and nurture leads in HubSpot, ensuring a healthy and accurate sales pipeline.
    • Work closely with the Lead Generation team to convert qualified prospects into active opportunities.
    • Conduct presale calls with clients alongside tech experts, gather initial requirements, and validate leads using the BANT framework.
    • Prepare and guide developers for client interviews, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and team capabilities.
    • Create customised proposals, presentations, and estimates for clients (we use our Presale Assistant AI).
    • Run kick-off meetings for new projects and ensure a smooth handover to the Delivery team.
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients, address project-related questions, and identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion.
    • Collaborate with Recruitment to select, present, and staff the most relevant candidates for outstaffing and project needs.

       

    What You Need

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, or outsourcing).
    • Proven track record of closing deals with SMB clients.
    • Strong understanding of outstaffing and outsourcing business models.
    • Solid knowledge of the IT industry and outsourcing specifics.
