Your future responsibilities:

• Creation and legal support of the corporate structure in the countries of the company's business presence.
• Obtaining licenses in various jurisdictions.
• Modernization of the existing structures in the current geos according to legislative changes and the requirements of the company's business.
• Ensure the legal security of the company's activities.
• Research the legislation regulating the company's field of activity, in the markets of the company's activity, and implement changes based on the results of such research.
• Manage drafting, negotiation, and verification of commercial and business contracts.
• Interaction with external local providers of legal services.
• Arrangement of KYC processes and provision of legal support in bank compliance
• Managed the legal team, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks.

The following skills are important to us:

• Higher legal education, master's degree in law or international law.
• From 5 years of work experience in the legal field, of which 2 years as an in-house lawyer in the iGaming niche.
• Command of the English language at the C1 level and above.
• Experience in team formation and management – 1 year+.
• IT proficient.
