Зараз, в зв'язку з активним розвитком, знаходимося у пошуку досвідченого Head of IT.

Основні вимоги:
•    Досвід роботи від 5 років у ролі CTO / CIO / Head of IT у фінтеху, банках.
•    Глибокі знання платіжних систем, еквайрингу.
•    Досвід роботи з highload-системами та їхнім масштабуванням.
•    Навички управління технічними командами від 5+ осіб.
•    Відмінне розуміння інформаційної безпеки, комплаєнсу, PCI DSS.
•    Досвід DevOps-процесів: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker тощо.
•    Навички інтеграції з міжнародними платіжними системами (Visa, Mastercard, SWIFT, SEPA).
•    Знання технологій: PHP, мікросервісна архітектура, API-first підхід.
•    Досвід автоматизації бізнес-процесів, роботи CRM/ERP.
•    Англійська на рівні B2 і вище (робота з міжнародними партнерами).

Обов'язки:
•    Розробка, узгодження та реалізація IT-стратегії
•    Керування розробкою, впровадженням і підтримкою платіжних систем, еквайрингових рішень і antifraud-систем.
•    Проведення сертифікації PCI DSS і забезпечення відповідності вимогам GDPR, DORA, NIS2, PSD2.
•    Керівництво командами розробки, DevOps, кібербезпеки.
•    Забезпечення роботи платформи (аптайму та відмовостійкості)
•    Взаємодія з банками, платіжними системами, державними регуляторами з питань інтеграції та відповідності вимогам.
•    Впровадження нових технологій: AI/ML в antifraud, API-інтеграції для бізнесу.
•    Контроль і виконання бюджетів IT-департаменту (планування інвестицій в інфраструктуру).
•    Контроль і виконання бюджетів IT-департаменту (підтримка комп'ютерної техніки в актуальному стані).

Чим ви займатиметесь

• Розробка та розвиток наших продуктів: фронтенд на React/Next.js плюс бекенд на Node.js або Python
• Проєктування API та інтеграції із зовнішніми сервісами (платіжні провайдери, KYC, аналітика)
• Робота з чергами та асинхронними процесами (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka)
• Деплой і супровід сервісів у Docker/Linux
• Оптимізація продуктивності та стабільності
• Код-рев'ю та участь в архітектурних рішеннях

Що для нас важливо

• 5+ років комерційної розробки, з них реальний фулстек-досвід
• Досвід у фінтеху!
• Впевнений React + Next.js (TypeScript, SSR/SSG, state management)
• Node.js (Fastify, NestJS) або Python (FastAPI), мінімум один стек на продакшен-рівні
• Docker, впевнена робота з Linux
• Черги: RabbitMQ, BullMQ або Kafka
• Git і зрозумілий робочий флоу
• Бази даних: вміння спроєктувати схему й написати нормальний запит
• Самостійність: взяти контекст і принести рішення

Буде плюсом

• Власна команда. Якщо ви приходите не один, це великий плюс, готові обговорювати окремо
• CI/CD, Kubernetes, моніторинг (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry)
• Досвід із високонавантаженими системами та мікросервісною архітектурою
• Досвід менторства або тімлідства
