Requirements: 
— 5+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery / Program Manager in tech or product companies.

— Experience in the crypto / blockchain / fintech domain.
— Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and basic technical literacy (APIs, environments, deployments, version control).
— Proven experience managing cross-functional teams – backend, frontend, QA, product, design.
— Hands-on experience in incident management – escalation handling, root-cause analysis, post-mortem follow-up.
— Experience in building delivery processes from scratch – defining workflows, documentation, and governance models.
— Familiarity with Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; ability to adapt processes depending on context.
— Excellent communication skills – bridging tech & business teams, managing expectations.
— Experience in risk management – identification, assessment, and mitigation.
— Full lifecycle project ownership – from discovery to post-release support.

Responsibilities: 

— Manage projects end-to-end – from strategy and scoping to delivery and post-release support.
— Define scopes of work, maintain project backlogs, and align priorities with stakeholders.
— Build and maintain roadmaps, timelines, and ensure transparent progress tracking.
— Collaborate closely with engineering leads, product owners, and QA to deliver high-quality outcomes.
— Establish and continuously refine delivery processes, communication channels, and documentation standards.
— Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and ensure smooth inter-team collaboration.
— Lead incident management processes – ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive actions.
— Identify and remove organizational and technical blockers.
— Maintain clear communication with stakeholders – status updates, risks, and changes.
— Conduct retrospectives and drive continuous process improvement across teams.

Will be a plus: 
— Experience with Jira administration and workflow automation.
— Background in large-scale software projects or distributed infrastructures.
— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and basic architecture principles.
— Experience leading distributed or international teams.
