✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting
• 2+ years in a Head / Lead role in performance / acquisition
• Proven track record of scaling traffic and growing FTD
• Strong understanding of CIS markets and traffic sources
• Hands-on experience with key channels (Paid Social, Google Ads/UAC, SEO/ASO, Affiliate, Influencers)
• Strong expertise in analytics and unit economics (CPA, ROI, ARPU, LTV, FTD)
• Strong negotiation and partner management skills, with understanding of iGaming regulations

• Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian, English (B2)

About the Role

As a Head of Marketing, you will drive the development and execution of the marketing strategy across the CIS region, ensuring consistent growth across acquisition channels and strong performance of marketing investments.

A key focus of this role is building and scaling a robust user acquisition system, improving channel efficiency, and managing core performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the CIS region
• Own and scale user acquisition across key channels (performance, partnerships, digital)
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and unit economics
• Build, lead, and develop the marketing team
• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities and acquisition channels

  Has designed and built a data platform from scratch in an enterprise environment — not inherited a running system, built one. Has pulled data from SAP or comparable ERP into a warehouse and survived upstream failures without silent data loss. Sets standards that other engineers can follow without three clarification meetings. Can make architecture calls quickly and correct them later. Has strong opinions about pipeline observability and data quality.
