Gypsy Collective is looking for a Game Manager to join our team and help manage the game portfolio across multiple online casino projects.

    Responsibilities:

• Daily operational work with game providers (enabling/disabling games, maintaining listings)
• Handling new releases: acceptance, testing, descriptions, and distribution across projects
• Sorting and arranging games on websites (by category, location, player type)
• Curating game selections for promo campaigns, tournaments, events, and promotions
• Analyzing game performance statistics: top-performing, underperforming, negative margin
• Monitoring RTP, feedback, and game functionality (in collaboration with Support and Product teams)
• Collecting and structuring information from providers (news, discounts, features)
• Competitor monitoring: providers, sorting strategies, unique mechanics
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Lead Game Manager
• Participating in the setup and launch of tournaments, Big Win events, exclusive promotions
• Verifying that games comply with bonus terms and conditions
• Selecting games for the Smartico gamification platform
• Collaborating with Promo, CRM, Content, Product, Analytics, and VIP teams
  
  Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an online casino as a Game Manager / Casino Manager / Gambling Content Manager
• Understanding of structure and workflows related to game providers
• Basic knowledge of platforms: SoftSwiss, Soft2Bet, TrueLabel, Advabet, EasyRocket, etc. (preferred)
• Solid grasp of game mechanics, popular genres, and market trends
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets / Asana / Notion / Tableau (analysis, sorting, formulas)
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and a structured, task-oriented mindset
• English level: Intermediate or higher

Our main requirements are:

• Experience in hands-on programming 3+ years
• Experience doing Node.js (Vanilla/Typescript)

• Strong creating with SQL/NoSQL databases efficient design from scratch as well as performing optimizations
• Strong knowledge in Computer Science: data types, data structures, algorithms
• Being proficient working on modern tech stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (e.g. Terraform), Ansible etc.
• Having a wide strong background working with AWS (smth beyond EC2 and S3)
• Understanding and applying software design principles
• Experience designing software systems (distributed, high availability, resilient)
• Comfortable working Agile and Design Thinking (however understanding that pure Agile is a myth)
• Being comfortable in several projects at once (taking apart hands-on aspect)
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 and better)
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn workflow automation tools (especially N8N) and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies

Will be considered as a plus:

• Experience with modern SPA frameworks like React/Vue.js/Angular
• Experience with NestJS
• Experience writing technical documents, tracking technical debt, understanding refactoring etc.
• Experience working with AI libraries and/or 3rd parties like chatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity
• Previous exposure to workflow automation platforms (N8N, Zapier, Make.com, or similar)
• Experience with RAG implementations, vector databases, or knowledge management systems
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration standards
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent behavioral design
• Experience building conversational AI interfaces or chatbots
