About the Role

JetMonsters IT Holding is looking for an Product Manager / Apps Product Lead with experience in iOS & mobile apps to build and lead the full cycle of testing and launching mobile applications for the US market at the JetApps studio.

This role focuses primarily on iOS subscription-based apps across categories such as tools, utilities, content, and health & fitness.

You will own the entire product lifecycle — from identifying promising app niches and defining MVP strategy to launching, testing, and scaling successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and niche selection for new mobile apps to test.

We're opening one vertical first: marketing agencies (35–200 people, US/EU). They have real pain around client reporting, content scale, RFP/proposal work, lead qualification — and they have budget.

We're hiring a founding sales partner to build the outbound motion with us from zero.

WHAT WE SELL

Not "AI will help your business." Specific workflows:

- Automated monthly client reporting (GA4 / Meta Ads / LinkedIn / SEMrush → branded report with insights)
- Proposal / RFP automation (old tenders in RAG → drafts of new ones in 30 min instead of 2 days)
- AI lead qualification for agency inboxes (who's real, who's tire-kicking)
- Content scale (brief → variants matched to client brand guidelines)
- Multi-account performance ops (repeating manual checks across client accounts)

Typical pilot: 3–6 weeks, $15k–$30k. After pilot — expansion to monthly retainer ($3k–$10k/mo) or a second workflow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Outbound: cold email (Apollo Pro + Instantly Hypergrowth + Clay already in the stack), LinkedIn outreach, selective warm intros. CTO joins demos for technical questions; you own the relationship end-to-end.
- Discovery: 30-min call → find where the agency is actually bleeding → scope one workflow for a pilot. Not "sell what we have," but "find what they actually need."
- Closing: discovery → scoped proposal with CTO in the room → close → handoff to delivery.
- GTM feedback loop: you bring back objections, pricing pushback, best-performing hooks → we adjust the offer together. Two-person GTM iteration, not "run the script."

What you DON'T do: phone-based cold calling, conference travel, infinite CRM grooming, selling vapor features.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 10% of client Y1 revenue (pilot $25k → $2,500 one-time; +retainer $5k/mo → $500/mo × 12)
- + 5% residual Y2+ (as long as the client stays)
- Realistic OTE Y1: $100k–$150k. Y2 (if clients stick into retainer): $150k–$220k+
- 4 weeks PTO
- Full sales stack already paid for (Apollo Pro, Instantly Hypergrowth, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Lemlist)
- Direct work with two founders, no middle management
- Equity conversation after 6 months, if both sides see long-term

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-have:
- 3+ years B2B sales with full ownership of the cycle (not SDR-only)
- $10k+ ASP experience, deal cycles 2–12 weeks
- English: fluent in writing, confident on discovery / negotiation calls
- Sold into one of: marketing agencies, SaaS, B2B services, consulting, digital products
- Understands the difference between "closed a deal" and "closed a deal delivery can actually ship without crying"

Nice-to-have:
- AI, no-code or data automation in your portfolio
- Early sales hire at a 5–25 person startup
- Existing network in agency / SaaS space

What we DON'T require: technical background (we'll bring you up to speed), specific degree, specific location.

2. 30-min call with the GTM founder (sales / context)
3. 45-min call with both founders — real-case workshop: we show you a real prospect, you walk us through how you'd sell to them
4. Reference check (2 contacts whose deals you helped move)
5. Offer or a direct no — no ghosting, no "we'll be in touch"

Total: ≤ 10 days from reply to offer.

We are building a modern SaaS platform for legal firms focused on task management, matter management, billing, time tracking, and office/team-based permissions.

We are looking for a strong Full-stack TypeScript Developer (Middle+ / Senior) who can move quickly while maintaining clean architecture, type safety, auditability, and multi-tenant boundaries.

Technology Stack

• Bun runtime / package manager / workspace tooling
• TypeScript monorepo architecture
• Backend: Hono, Kysely, PostgreSQL, Supabase Auth
• Frontend: React 19, Vite, SWR, wouter, Tailwind v4
• UI architecture based on Base UI + shadcn-style primitives
• Database tooling: Postgres migrations, Kanel, kanel-kysely

• Validation: Zod with generated DB types

   

Responsibilities

• Develop backend APIs using Hono and shared service architecture
• Write secure and type-safe Kysely queries with office/team/self permission scopes
• Maintain multi-tenant architecture and access control boundaries
• Extend PostgreSQL schema, migrations, triggers, RLS policies, and audit logs
• Generate and maintain database types after schema updates
• Build frontend functionality for tasks, matters, billing, and leads
• Integrate Supabase Auth for authentication flows
• Follow existing audit trail architecture using runAsUser/runAsEmployee/runAsSystem

• Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code without unnecessary abstractions

   

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript experience
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge beyond CRUD:
  • constraints
  • triggers
  • transactions
  • views
  • RLS
  • JSONB
• Experience with Kysely or other typed SQL query builders
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Strong React experience with hooks, forms, component composition, and data fetching
• Experience working in monorepos
• Understanding of authorization, auditability, and data ownership

• Comfortable working with CLI tools and local development environments

Important Engineering Principles

• No npm/pnpm usage — Bun only
• Business logic must stay outside route handlers
• Audit fields and timestamps must not be written manually
• Supabase JS is used only for authentication
• Keep solutions simple and maintainable
